I'm a repeat customer of Precision Door Nashville. I feel like I receive white glove treatment!! When you call, you get connected to a person right away. I got scheduled in quickly and Tony was our technician. He provided a thorough explanation of the recommended repairs. After the repair, he showed me how to maintain my garage door moving parts and keep them lubed. Great communication and excellent service! Very happy customer!

Early one morning I was having trouble with my garage door. I could see that one of the torsion springs had broken. I called Precision Door. I was expecting to wait a few days before I could get a service call. I was surprised. Precision showed up that afternoon. Brandon Williams was my service tech. He came fully prepared and ready to solve my problem. He repaired my door in just a few hours. He had the torsion springs and all necessary tools. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I am very happy with the service from Precision. I will definitely call them again in the future should a problem arise.

My garage broke during the freeze so I went online to check k for folks that could fix it.on shrt notice. Came across Precision. 0 regrets! The quotes and options were all very fair as I researched the category a bit on the Home Depot website. Communication on what to expect and when we're are extremely accurate. Highly recommend

My garage door broke around noon on Saturday. I called Precision, expecting to setup a repair sometime the following week. They offered me two appointment times the next day, Sunday. I received couple of messages informing the Tech was on his way. He tech showed up bang on time. Offered me a couple of solutions and had the fix done in just over an hour. My door has never run so quiet or smoothly. Outstanding job. Excellent service from initial phone call to job completion.

Great company! Inquired about a repair, had someone out that day to take a look at it. Jonathan was really informative about the system- in the end we ended up replacing both openers and balancing for what I thought was a reasonable price! Had the stuff for one to be fixed and came out the next day to finish the job!

Brandon called about 45 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know that he was on the way. He inspected the function and safety of the two garage doors. He recommended removing an LED lightbulb in one of the units because LEDs can "interfere" with the signal between the hand-held remote device and the unit. I had replaced the outside keypad a couple of months ago when it stopped working and changing batteries didn't solve the problem. Unfortunately, after replacing the outside keypad, the hand-held remote unit no longer worked. Brandon was able to reprogram the hand-held unit. Additionally, Brandon programmed the built-in garage door remote in my vehicle, which was something that I had tried to do unsuccessfully. Prior to leaving, Brandon sent a report of his inspection, complete with a photo, to my email for my records.

Easy to schedule the appointment. They sent me an email in advance with the technicians photo and name so I was aware of whom they were sending. The technician William E. Showed up at the appointed time well prepared to answer my questions and give me an accurate quote and timeline. He was up front with costs and gave me a good better best scenario with proper explanation of each. He wore a mask and kept his distance following covid protocol. Very easy to work with and listened to my needs. I have used Precision before at another house to repair a garage door opener and that's why I came back to use them again for my new house. I will continue to use them. They are a professional company with the know-how to do it. WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN.

I have had these door installed and function since 2012. They are excellent quality, quiet and extremely dependable. I just had my first service call today, received a scheduled appointment same day. Jason Skillern was on time and reinstalled door springs without any inconvenience. Jason is highly killed and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him for any inspection or repair. Springs were replaced free of charge as they carry a lifetime warranty. Exception company to do business with.

Lyle was the technician that came to my house. Was early and that was fine. I needed a new garage door opener since the 25 year old Lift Master quit working. We discussed the different openers available and their respective features. I made my choice and he went right to work taking out the old opener and installing the new one. Very efficient, knowledgeable, organized, and professional. Completed this in roughly 2 hours and even programmed the Homelink in my car. Highly recommended. Left everything clean and just the way it was when he arrived

Extremely quick response to my request for service door was beginning to bind when putting up and coming down. The issue was quickly diagnosed by Jason, recommending the rollers be replaced as maintenance to keep the doors in peak operating condition. Performed the replacement quickly and thoroughly explained how to maintain the doors and keep them in peak condition. I had my garage doors installed in 2012, the quality of the doors and service is the best in the industry.
