I had previously used Performance and was pleases with their workmanship. My garage door had been making loud noises and it stopped working this morning. I contacted the office and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. John the technician called and said he would be at my home within the hour and he arrived promptly. John met with my wife and I and explained the problems. He went over your options and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. We decided to go with a new opener. John installed the opener, explained the functions and installed the codes. I was extremely pleased with the courtesy extended by John and am pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door Service today.

Precision Garage Door -the website was easy to navigate and they disclosed the service fee cost and had an area to describe my problem -everything was very professional-so I scheduled an appointment-Sam the service professional showed up on time and did a great job of checking the problem and explaining my options -the problem was fixed that day and no running off to locate parts -will use Precision again for sure-great service and great work -door works better -Thanks

Great company to deal with. We have used them a few times for installs. This was the first service issue we have encountered. Scheduling was great. Our service technician Jack was awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable on doors. Re-rigged door cable and counter balance spring. Door back in action. Great company.

I had previously used Precision for a garage door problem. When I was having problems with my garage door opener this was the only company I contacted. Jack Hodges came out very quickly, determined the problem and gave several options to solve the problem. I was fortunate the part I needed was in stock. He arranged for another appointment the following day( Saturday) was at my house the following morning and repaired the garage door opener. I was extremely pleased with this company.

I had a problem with my door slamming down hard. I did not know who to call, so I read the reviews on your company and most of them were positive. When I called all my information was taken and within a couple of hours Kendrick the service technician showed up. This was the most positive individual I met. He was a very professional person and respectful. I explained the problem I was having and he explained what he was going to do to solve my issue. I found him to be very dedicated in his job. He repaired the problem and explained what happened. I most definitely will use your company in the future.

Extremely quick response to my request for service door was beginning to bind when putting up and coming down. The issue was quickly diagnosed by Jason, recommending the rollers be replaced as maintenance to keep the doors in peak operating condition. Performed the replacement quickly and thoroughly explained how to maintain the doors and keep them in peak condition. I had my garage doors installed in 2012, the quality of the doors and service is the best in the industry.

I'm a repeat customer of Precision Door Nashville. I feel like I receive white glove treatment!! When you call, you get connected to a person right away. I got scheduled in quickly and Tony was our technician. He provided a thorough explanation of the recommended repairs. Early one morning I was having trouble with my garage door. I could see that one of the torsion springs had broken. I called Precision Door. I was expecting to wait a few days before I could get a service call. I was surprised. Precision showed up that afternoon. Brandon Williams was my service tech. He came fully prepared and ready to solve my problem. He repaired my door in just a few hours. He had the torsion springs and all necessary tools. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I am very happy with the service from Precision. I will definitely call them again in the future should a problem arise.

My garage broke during the freeze so I went online to check k for folks that could fix it.on shrt notice. Came across Precision. 0 regrets! My garage door broke around noon on Saturday. I called Precision, expecting to setup a repair sometime the following week. They offered me two appointment times the next day, Sunday. I received couple of messages informing the Tech was on his way. He tech showed up bang on time. Offered me a couple of solutions and had the fix done in just over an hour. My door has never run so quiet or smoothly. Outstanding job. Excellent service from initial phone call to job completion.

Great company! Inquired about a repair, had someone out that day to take a look at it. Jonathan was really informative about the system- in the end we ended up replacing both openers and balancing for what I thought was a reasonable price! Had the stuff for one to be fixed and came out the next day to finish the job!
