Precision put in a new garage door for us a few years ago and we had excellent service at that time. So when we started having issues with our door going down this weekend, we called and were given a time slot the very same day. The technician (Preston Waddell) that came out to service our door was within the time frame given to us. He was very professional, was friendly and fixed our garage door!! He is a great asset to Precision Garage Door Service!!

"Precisely" what I needed. Awesome experience with these guys. Garage door was a bit off track. Jack came out, quickly, analyzed the problem and gave me *options* on what we could do. "We can get you up and running for x, my recommendation is y, and here are z possibilities" I took his recommendation and we also decided to replace the opener itself. He explained the differences in service and warranty very well. Even programed my car before leaving. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will also be utilizing them again for any future needs.

We have called Precision door service a couple times for issues with our garage door. They have always been extremely responsive and available based on my schedule and needs. This last time Preston Waddell was our service technician and he was so awesome!! Respectful, very quickly identified the issue and replaced the part. Jason Steele did a great job repairing our garage door that was installed by Precision some years ago by Shane Follis. Repair was for failed automatic door lock. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I called Tuesday night for an appointment and received a Wednesday mid-morning repair that Jason called that he would be on time with the needed part for repair. Great service.

Jason Steele is very personable and professional. I described my problems with the garage door. After we discussed solutions, he replaced the door opener, installed a drive belt, new rollers and new remote controls. The system is now very quiet.

Jack came to our house around 5:30 in the afternoon. Our garage door was making a lot of noise. Jack said that for now all it really needed was some lubricant and explained why it was making the noise when opening and closing. He also gave us an estimate if we wanted to replace cables and rollers in the near future. I was impressed with Jack - very friendly and did not try to oversell anything.

Called this morning (8/30/23) at approximately 8:30am and got an appointment for this afternoon because garage door wouldn’t come down under power. Technician called at 3:00pm to say he was about 45 minutes away and arrive a few minutes before 4pm. Had the problem diagnosed within 10-15 minutes and the fix was in place, he checked out everything to make sure everything else was in good shape and was gone within 45 minutes. Highly recommend Tony Strickland, as when I need the door serviced I definitely will be asking for him. Very courteous & professional. Thanks Tony!!

I sent an email to Precision late Friday afternoon. I did not to expect them to get back in touch with me until later next week. They contacted me immediately to set up an appointment. They had Saturday available (the next day) so I took that appointment. They emailed and texted my confirmation. The technician, Kendrick, contacted me the next day to advise the time he would be there. He was fantastic! He was very personable and professional. He helped me to understand what the issues were with my garage door and had all the tools and parts available to complete the repairs. The service from Precision has been top notch. From the first phone call to set up my appointment to a “thank you” email from the company, I have had a great experience. I highly recommend Precision.
