I am a repeat customer. Today's problem had to do with the garage door not closing with my remote. I went through my normal checks to be sure there was no debris on my sensors but the problem persisted. Jason observed the door closing and saw the problem right away. He corrected the misalignment of my sensor and the problem was fixed. Jason also pointed out some things to watch for due to the age of my doors and gave me a quote so I would know about how much the cost would be. A neighbor saw the Precision truck in my driveway and came to ask for a card because she had good success with their service in the past, but could not remember the company name. She recognized the logo and Jason was happy to provide her with his company contact card. That speaks to the reputation of this company.

Our garage door wasn’t opening, the error message indicated the sensor was blocked. There was nothing visible so I called Precision Door. They sent out a technician the next day. Our technician was Kendrick, he arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He was able to resolve our issue and everything works great. I have always been pleased with the service provided by Precision Door

All of my expectations were met. I have used Precision since 2010 and have always been completely satisfied with the work they did. The technician who came today, Jason, was outstanding. He was on time (matter of fact, finished the job before my appt. sooner than expected and he was able to come earlier than scheduled), courteous and knowledgeable. Very professional and very helpful.
