I got scheduled in quickly and Tony was our technician. He provided a thorough explanation of the recommended repairs. After the repair, he showed me how to maintain my garage door moving parts and keep them lubed. Great communication and excellent service! Very happy customer!

Jack Hodges was exceptional!! If you had a 10 star rating he would qualify. Personable, qualified and explained everything. The garage doors no longer squeal going up and down. The doors are in good working order after lubricant was applied. Jack suggested a yearly checkup which is an excellent idea. I chose Precision Door because of your ad in "The Home Mag". The pictures in the ad are beautiful and effective. Many thanks for this experience.

Called precision door in the evening my called was returned and service was scheduled in the morning the next day. The service tech Preston Waddell was very knowledge explained the problem and issue was repaired in record time. I was expecting a lower price the material costs seem a little high . would use Precision Door again and recommend them .

In less than 24 hours after one of the springs broke on of my garage doors, the Precision Technician, Jason, had the door mechanisms replaced and working well! He completed the work in less than an hour. He provided 5 options to correct the problem, giving us a choice. He was polite and professional inspite of arriving during a heavy storm.

5 Stars!!! This is the 2nd time we have used Precision. We love that they are very upfront about everything - They send you texts as updates and reminders - the service person calls prior to arrival. We have been very pleased with their professional conduct and quick response. We highly recommend their service. We were in need of electrical board replacement in both our garage door motors.

Garage door spring broke @ 0330 this morning as I was attempting to head to airport, go figure lol. I called precision door & was given an appt. Printes the installer called when he was on his way, 1000 am. He showed up on schedule & definitely knew his stuff, he made it look easy. Extremely quick response to my request for service door was beginning to bind when putting up and coming down. The issue was quickly diagnosed by Jason, recommending the rollers be replaced as maintenance to keep the doors in peak operating condition. Performed the replacement quickly and thoroughly explained how to maintain the doors and keep them in peak condition. I had my garage doors installed in 2012, the quality of the doors and service is the best in the industry.
