Precision Door exceeded my expectations! One of the most recent winter storms left me outside the garage door and skating on ice to my unprotected back door. I grabbed my iPad and looked up overhead door and saw Precision Door. I used their website and saw that they would come out within 24 hours. It was around 8 30pm. At 11 30 am the following morning, the capable and professional technician had replaced the dead wall mount control and installed new rollers on the door. It works beautifully. I also bought 2 additional controls. Thank you for your prompt services.

The door stopped working on the day after New Year's; it was freezing cold & I couldn't even close it manually. I called several places and this is the only one who would come out the same day. The technician called very quickly and came straight out. A big piece of metal had sheared off, and he went to the supply house, came back within an hour, and fixed everything. He was polite, professional and responsive. Thanks!!

I would give them no stars if possible. I needed the cable put back on our garage door to get it back in working order. I called Precision because of their ability to come same day and reviews online. When the tech came out, he told me that I needed over $600 in updates/repairs, and at minimum to get door working again it would be $469. I didn't get work done. Called another garage door company who came out within an hour and total repair and checking of other 2 doors for any needed repair was $124.00!!! Door works excellently, funny how it didn't really need almost $500 in work to get the door working. Won't ever be calling Precision again. Recommend you don't eithet unless you've just got money to throw away.

I was quoted over the phone $79-$179. When the technician got to my house he wrote me a quote for $600! He said that was the bare minimum, he wrote me a quote for "what is really needed to get done" which was for $1000! I got it fixed by an honest technician from another company for $140 and it works great.

I received excellent and friendly service on a service done recently under warranty. The serviceman fixed and updated the installation according to new guidelines which began after my original installation - all at no charge. He was eager to inform me of all he was doing as he went and was very personable. Now the door operates without a hitch. I highly recommend Precision.

The technician was nice and the response was quick, but I was floored by the price being 4x what I paid for a new opener... just to get it back in working order. I know these aren't apples to apples but it was still a major shock. I needed it fixed so I had to pay. If the technician wasn't as nice the score would have been much lower.

we had just moved in to our new home, and there was an issue with the garage doors not working properly... so I wrote down the number on the side of the door opener motor, and I was unable to use as it was not a good working number, so I went to the internet to see any repair companies in our area... Precision came up and I checked their reviews, and called them... They came out promptly, the repairman was very professional, he found the problem, fixed it, and made recommendations for future maintenance on the two doors... I found Precision in the yellow pages and was impressed by the add. I was even more impressed by the email confirmation of my appointment with a link to the website so I could read reviews of the technician scheduled to assist me and read a little about him as well as see a picture so I would know who to be expecting at my door. Lawrence was prompt and polite. He called when he was on his way to my home. My husband had already "worked" on the door so he had quite a challenge, but he very efficiently was able to get the door open again so I could get my car out of the garage. He fully explained my options and expecting a new door and opener soon. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family!
