Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.

Types of Reviews


This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.


At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

When we purchased our home a year ago, we could tell the bottom panel of one of our doors had been hit. One year later, the crease in the door turned into a tear, and was affecting the door's performance. The honesty and sincerity of short term help, long term solution advice, and factual assessment of what needed to be done was very appreciated. The work was GREAT and we will use Precision again! I don't recall my technicians name only because the work was done over a month ago, and I don't remember, but the technician made ALL the difference.

We had a problem with our door on a Sat.morning. I called around and found that everyone I called was closed for the weekend. I should of planned the break for a week day. nothing should break on the week-end. When I came across Precision's phone #, I called,Surprise,Surprise a person answered, took my info gave me window when the service tech would arrive. the tech called asked if he could come earlier,since he had just finished the call he was at sooner than expected. He came, explained the problem, gave us options, we knew the cost before he started. We approved the repair. EVERYTHING from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair, was very professional. The Tech was very clean and neat.I took everyone else's phone #'s of the garage door. Precision is the only sticker on our door.It's always a pleasure dealing with PROS.

I looked you up on the internet yellow pages and to be honest, you were not the first company I called. You were the only company that I was able to speak with a live person though and for that reason and the coupon, the company I selected. I think Ricky was the technician that performed the service on my doors (please check to be sure because I want him to get the credit for a job well done.) He was incredibly professional, well trained, and polite. I was very pleased with the service I received from Precision. The technician (Cory) was very informative and explained the problem and corrected it by replacing the garage door opener as mine was almost 12 years old. I did have to call back about 3 weeks later as an adjustment was required due to a popping sound when door raised. I heard about Precision Garage Doors through my sister which had work done by your company a year ago and was also very pleased with the wok done.

Cory was my tech. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly and made the repairs. I also had him install new sealed bearing nylon rollers and these doors have never been as smooth and quiet as they are now, and I've owned the house since it was new.
