Really good service. Casey Reynolds was friendly and knew right away what was needed to fix our problem. We called Precision around 8pm and our garage door was fixed same night. Definitely will use Precision again if we ever need to!!!

Able to book service call for next day to get new remote opener. Received email to confirm appointment with pictures of Precision employees so I wouldn’t have to open my door to a stranger!!! Casey was friendly and professional. Turned out my old 25 year system just needed a reboot to make the remote operable. Great service call!

My tech,Casey, was superb. The problem was with the remote and the garage door has a mind of its own. Casey figured out it was the logic board and not the remote. He was terrific and never tried to push any other products. Top notch work ethic, something of the past now a days.

Called another company a couple of days ago, and no return call. Called Precision this morning, and now everything is fixed in less than 4 hours from the time of call. Casey was great! Let me know the cost of everything up front, and no other charges. Definitely would use Precision again, and highly recommend them.
