I called this morning about a problem with our remote openers. Technician arrived at the beginning of the service call window i was given. He was very courteous , friendly and not only was our initial problem taken care of but the complete operation of the garage door was checked.I was very pleased with the speed, efficiency, professionalism by the representative. I felt the cost of the services was reasonable.

Chris did a great job explaining what was wrong with our old door and helping me to understand why I needed a new door. He arrived on time and finished the job efficiently. He also is a great human being. I was trying to spray a wasp nest while he was here, and I screamed when the critters came flying at me. Chris was in the garage and didnt know what was happening and he was very concerned and asked if I was OK.

We had a garage door malfunction late Saturday night and after unsuccessfully attempting to fix it ourselves, we called Precision. They scheduled a window the next morning from 10 to 1 and the technician was here promptly at 1. He provided us three options and addressed the necessary repairs. My garage door springs and openers were over 25 years old. The openers worked, and the doors would open with remote openers. However, I wanted to upgrade to the current engineering and technology. First, I scheduled an evaluation. I received an excellent analysis with an estimate for the job. Chris made the evaluation; one week later, he completed the job. Precision rescued me from what would have been a terrible weekend. Late Friday night my garage door collapsed due to numerous issues. My car was stranded inside the garage with no option to get out. I narrowed my options down to three businesses I thought could handle the situation. The Precision Web Site provided bios and customer feedback ratings for the tech team which was helpful. This information and a guaranteed Saturday morning repair made my decision easy. Chris Norfleet was my technician and he did an outstanding job. He was honest in explaining before he started that Precision's fees are a bit higher but the quality of the work was well worth the fee and the repairs were guaranteed. He finished all the repairs in about an hour while explaining each fix. He even went the extra mile of programming an extra garage opener I purchased a while back. Thank you Chris and Precision for getting me out of a bad situation.

I'd called the first-listed company on Google on Saturday, and made a Sunday evening appt. 5 minutes past appt time, I received a call that they weren't going to make it. So here I am at 5pm Sunday evening feeling hopeless, but decided to call the 2nd listed company anyway, which was Precision. A tech was here less than 2hrs later, and he completed a full overhaul by 9pm. That's outstanding in my opinion, and I'm very satisfied. Great job Precision, I'd fully recommend them if you need your garage serviced.

Circumstances happened that forced me to deal with your technicians twice in less than one month on two different occasions for two separate and unrelated problems. Thank God we have such reliable and trustworthy service and knowledgeable staff that stand behind the service. This most recent time we called upon you was for an emergency situation late in the day. The emergency phone number to call that the previous technician had stuck to the garage door was a God sent help. The response was prompt and the designated technician, despite the late hour, showed up at our door in less than an hour. Courteous, calm and assuring, he was the perfect addition to the worrisome and distressing situation we were encountering. He showed knowledge and compassion and within less than one hour he was able to straighten out what seemed to me an impossible task to achieve due to the late hour and the condition of the garage door. To me, he was even better than an expensive plastic surgeon, as he went about his job with skill and knowledge and speed to remedy a situation, I thought might not be resolved before the next morning. I thank you and thank him especially for his kind and assuring demeanor that could only be shown by quality real professional. Thank you again as I could not be any happier with your service. It is a service of at least five stars if not more.

Website is misleading. Needed spring repair on a single garage door. Website has a coupon for spring repair, but I was told by the technician, "the company no longer does partial repairs." Lowest estimate given for the repair was $519. Calling somebody else.
