From the day I had my “accident “(backed into the door) I called in a panic as what to do it was a Saturday person on the phone was so calm helpful. She set up a time for Tech to come Sunday morning. He was able to get door up my car out. He showed me all features on a new door was very helpful. Yesterday the door was installed he was awesome think he started at 7:30am done by 10:30. i called precision door;,because my garage door was making a popping sound; and not going up smoothly. Brad came by and checked out my door. i was afraid the spring may need to be repaired or replaced. Brad inspected the door; and found it was sticking to the trim; and the rollers were in bad shape. he replaced the rollers; and made a couple of adjustments; and the door was working much smoother. He arrived ahead of schedule; and done a very good job.

My 3 year old opener was intermittently failing. Brad came out a week or so earlier and of course it was working fine. He did a reset and sprayed the rollers and everything worked for awhile. Then the failures started again. I called Monday around noon and was happy to hear there was an opening at 2 that day. Brad came out again and this time just swapped out the head and was finished in about 15 minutes. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with them. I knew that the garage door was installed in 1997. When the belt broke, I thought it would be a simple repair in the $200-300 range. I was caught off guard when the service tech said that the belt wasn’t available. The service tech did a fairly good job of explaining what should be replaced. The total cost was $868 which really shocked me. The tech was very knowledgeable in doing the work and warmed up as we talked while he was working. I retired from 43 years of service in the Marine Corps 8 years ago and am currently 69. I saw on your website that you offer a Military and senior citizen discount but neither was used for my bill.
