My name is Christopher Jensen. I am from Seattle, WA. I have always wanted to live in the south and since i've moved here my expectations have been exceeded. I have my student pilots license and I'm aspiring to be an airline pilot. I have an associates degree in integrated studies from Cascadia community college. My wife and I dream of owing lots land to raise a big family on. I look forward to servicing you!

On 10/26 I had an issue with my garage door that wouldn't open and close properly. Even though it was a Saturday Precision sent someone out in a very timely manner. The Tech who came was Christopher Jensen. He not only fixed the original issue but also answered some other questions I had relating to my garage doors and as a result he corrected some other issues relating to the doors. If you have a Tech Of The Month Reward it should go to the gentleman. Explained things thoroughly. I have used Precision in the past and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I appreciate your attempts to fix my door issue and your offer of good, better, best options costing between $600-$1000 to rectify my issue. But 10 minutes after your technician departed the problem re-occurred. So after I got home from work I adjusted the sensor that lets the control board know the door is down and that appears to have solved the issue the technician did not observe, identify and fix. Since I was able to resolve the issue I see no need to move forward with any of the options proposed. Thank you for your attempt at resolving the issue. Even though he was unable to fix the door, he did lubricate all the parts. So the door is quieter. So I guess the $65 was worth it.
