I called about mid-day on Friday to ask for help with my broken garage door mechanism. The young lady who took my call was extremely courteous and set up an appointment for a service person to be at my home later in the day. I received a call from Justin Sanders at about 5pm. He informed me he would arrive around 6 pm. He did get here at the time he indicated. He explained what was wrong, what he could do to repair it, and gave me the costs of each of three possible repair options. I made a decision, and Justin proceeded to do the job. He was prompt, courteous, and informative. I will certainly call Precision if I have any more problems.

They came out very quickly, and the technition was very kind. I was told that the service fee was 65 dollars. When he came out he said it was really 20 extra dollars to keep the truck stocked. So it was really 85 dollars for them to come out. I was disappointed that they misled me about the price. I asked them how much it would cost for them to come out. The person on the phone clealy lied about the price.
