On a recent Sunday morning, our garage failed to open. Early Monday morning we searched the internet and found Precision's website. To our surprise, an actual person answered the phone so early in the morning at 5:30am!!! We were able to book an appt for the same day. The tech called about 40 minutes informing that he was on his way, and he even gave us his name. Service was good and courteous. No follow-up or secondary calls have been needed since initial service by Precision. Would recommend Precision.

We were completed satisfied from begining to end with service we received in replacing our garage door. Shane was a very knowledgeable and friendly technician. Even before installing our new garage door we had a problem with the old door being jammed and partially closed. Shane professionally conquered the task in no time and we were very pleased. It also helped that you made available the $50-100 coupon to offset the cost. We would not hesitate to recommend your company to others or use your service again in the future.

Precision responded very quickly when our son mangled the garage door last summer. The technician was awesome, and was able to get us working even though the door was toast. We bought a new door and opener - I thought the price was in line with what I would have paid elsewhere. The new setup is AMAZINGLY QUIET! Our old door woke the dead. We are very pleased with both the door and opener and with Rick, our installer. This winter, we developed a gap along the top of the door - probably due to the wood in our header shrinking. Rick back came out and adjusted the opener - in and out in 5 minutes, no charge.

First off, you guys are way over priced. I paid the $44 service fee to have you come check my door out and it was going to cost me $450 to get my springs replaced and some other services. I shopped around and found someone able to replace the entire door & frame for $600! Your technician was nice and polite but your prices aren't competitive at all!

Ricky was very professional and did a great job. I don't know if the price was the best because I did not get other estimates. I needed my door repaired on short notice and Precision was available to do it. I was attracted to your yellow pages add because it stated that garage doors was your only business. That made me feel that you would know exactly what you were doing.
