I had previously used Precision on another home that we owned and had a great experience then so naturally I called Precision for this repair. Until recently we have found our service exemplary. We would call and get an immediate response and service. My wife called on multiple occasions to speak with a technician about reprogramming a keypad on our garage but no one would call her back. Once we gave up and scheduled a full service call we got immediate attention. And a bill for for $65.00 for a 5 minute service visit. I find this to be an ownership issue and all of the technicians we have had have been excellent.

My daughter used your company on a Sunday , well then ours broke a few weeks later. You came out on Sunday and fixed the door , great service. Then we decided to replace our doors and we knew no other company would work for us. The guys replaced our old doors with new ones in record time! Showed us how to program them To our cars and how to use the pad outside . Great guys, efficient, polite, and left nothing behind. Thank you!

He replied no to my question but continued to explain the reason for his answer saying that only top quality parts are used.
