When I first called Precision, the representative was very pleasant and accommodating. James arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. In less than 1 hour, he assessed the damage, fully explained to me the cause and solution, fixed it, cleaned up and was gone. I will DEFINITELY recommend this company to my friends! Thank you!!

My experience was the best repair/replace since I moved to TN several years ago. Brian Prinz is a prince of a worker; polite, sincere, good worker, and genuine. I felt I could trust what he told me was accurate and he understood his trade. Thank you Brian. The two garage doors openers that he installed are very quiet and I don't have to do anything other than to press the button to get them to open! What a joy!
