Your company was the only one that I called that answered the telephone. The person answering was polite and got right down to business. The technician called me before comming out and was early getting to us. He got the damaged door down and out so that we didn't have a safety issue any longer. Next day he came back and installed a new door that we like better than our old one. This is a new home and so the door that I damaged was only 3 months old. The new motor drive and door are both superior to our old one. Mr Bonor didn't waste time and was professional and cleaned up after the job was done. My homeowners insurance representitive commented that the paperwork was well done and left nothing to interpretation. Got my settlement done fast because of that! Please share my comments with anyone that might be considering your services or products. Top notch service and repair and top notch product. We are very satisifed and happy to recomend your company. I loved the fact that I knew who my technician was going to be before he showed up. Aaron was professional and didn't mind me being in the garage while he was doing the work. He ran into a couple of snags that he worked through (due to the way my previous opener was installed) and made sure that everything was working to my satisfaction before he left. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and would recommend Precision if you need a repair/new opener.

Aaron came out and installed new springs, cables, pulleys, roller and nylon bushings. He also fixed our doors from scraping the opener bar. I had precision door service fix a broken spring on my garage door. They were here within an hour after I made a phone call to them. The repair man was very courteous. I do think their pricing is high. Now that I know how to replace the spring I will not call them next time.

Our technician Aaron was great and really worked hard to diagnose and solve our issue. It was difficult because the garage was working fine most of the time he was on site. However, he made some adjustments/fixes and we have not had an issue since his visit.
