Brian has lived in the Nashville area for over thirty plus years. He grew up in Hendersonville TN and has a son and daughter. Brian has always enjoyed working with his hands whether it is woodworking or something more mechanical. He has never liked being stuck in an office, and really enjoys the challenge of encountering different problems and a different environment on a daily basis. He enjoys spending spare time with his two children. It can be a walk in the park, movies on a rainy day or swimming, we always have a good time. Was very satisfied with the service. Not only was it same day, the tech called before-hand to give us a heads up on the arrival time, arrived when he said he would, was very personable and knowledgeable, had everything he needed to fix the garage doors in his van before he even knew what the problem was, gave us a quick quote and had it all fixed within an hour. I'm not sure how I could ask for better service unless it was free. Great job guys. Good to find companies that still knows what good, honest service is. Will surely pass along your name when given the opportunity.

I appreciated that I received an email the day before the service with a picture of the serviceman. On the day of the service; he called an hour ahead to verify his time of arrival and arrived right on time. The service was done quickly and price was very reasonable. I chose Precision after trying several other companies. None were able to even assess the problem with my doors. Brian showed up and within 5 minutes had diagnosed the problem, developed a solution, and provided an estimated cost of the needed repairs. Our installation was incredibly unorthodox, but Brian customized the repair and completed it within the estimated time. Our doors have never run smoother or quieter. Precision had previously done work on my 20-year old garage door when the motor sounded but the door would not open. Adjustments were made and the door was functioning again. The problem reoccurred four months later, but this time the door became operational again when the technician arrived. I will continue to use my current door opener and only replace it if the problem occurs again.
