We had the pleasure of Tony Strickland to come out to provide a spring tune up on my door. and after his thorough inspection was complete we needed to have new springs installed due the heavy weight of the solid garage door we own . He gave me all of the information, without trying to immediately sell me the top-of-the-line. He explained the differences, what the process would be, what the timelines are expected to be. I could not have asked for a better representative of your company. I used precision 12 years ago, and had the same level of customer service. You don’t find that much consistency with a lot of companies. You get my vote!
