Lawrence was very knowledgeable about our garage door problems. we called because back in the summer of 2012 we had both our garage doors overhauled by Jeff Z. They were real noisy and slammed against the top. The work done in October by Lawrence is so quiet we can't even hear the door opening or shutting now. We used Precision because of the prompt service and coupon received in the mail.

I called Precision in the evening, and they were able to come out the very next morning to service my garage door. Lawrence did an excellent job of fixing my non-functioning garage eyes and installing new rollers to make the door close smoothly. He also replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of the door as the old strip was cracked and letting water into the garage when it rained. Thanks again!

Recently my garage door would not open and I called Precision and was told a technician would come to my house the next day. Lawrence Palmer, the technician called first to let me know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. My old door opener had to be replaced and Lawrence was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. After the installation Lawrence programmed the remotes and cleaned up the garage and took the old parts with him. So far my new opener is very quiet and works great. I am a satisfied customer and would highly recommend Precision if anyone has a garage door problem.

I called for my garage door opener to be checked and fixed. The technician arrived early (called first to check if ok and able to be there)the next morning (could've had an appointment that evening of call if I was willing and able). Lawrence, the technician was able to solve the problem quickly and explained to me the reasoning for the door not working. I chose Precision from the Yellow Pages phone book. I am glad that I did. My garage door had not worked properly since I bought my house. In the end it just stopped working altogether. The representative from Precision arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what the problem was and how best to solve it. It wasn't what I wanted to hear but I agreed to the new motor and runner and wall switch. It was fitted and working in no time at all. I now have a garage door that works perfectly every time. The Precision service and installation was first class. I had two garage door openers, outside key pads and new rollers installed. Lawrence was very knowledgeable and efficient with the installation. On a recent Sunday morning, our garage failed to open. Early Monday morning we searched the internet and found Precision's website. To our surprise, an actual person answered the phone so early in the morning at 5:30am!!! We were able to book an appt for the same day. The tech called about 40 minutes informing that he was on his way, and he even gave us his name. Service was good and courteous. No follow-up or secondary calls have been needed since initial service by Precision. Would recommend Precision.

my wife uses you at metro animal control and was familiar with your service. When the repairman came she recoganized him. He did a great job and even suggested new rollars which were too expensive for us at the time, 170$ each door. We would have done it $170 to $200. Over all excellant will use you again.

The problem ended up being very minor. The service technician was prompt and educational about our garage door setup. One of the garage doors didn't work right a couple of days later, but is fine now. We will continue to monitor this. I would definitely use your company again and also recommend Precision to others.

Precision was available the day after Thanksgiving, when most other places were not. Lawrence came out and got the broken garage door in place until he could return with the new garage door. I was very pleased with the quick, same day service. Door would not close on cold days (outdoor temps below 40 degrees). New rollers and bearings have seemed to correct the problem. Service Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing for new weather stripping and installation seemed a little high.
