This last time Preston Waddell was our service technician and he was so awesome!! Respectful, very quickly identified the issue and replaced the part. Broke a spring on a 20 year door at 7:00pm on a Friday night. Called Precision and they came out at 8:00am on Saturday morning! Replaced all moving parts at a very reasonable rate. Called precision door in the evening my called was returned and service was scheduled in the morning the next day. The service tech Preston Waddell was very knowledge explained the problem and issue was repaired in record time. I was expecting a lower price the material costs seem a little high . would use Precision Door again and recommend them .
