If there was a zero star I would give it right now to this company. My husband and myself spent $10,200 on doors and the only reason we bought the doors from this company is because of a guy named Sean Broom who has stood behind this company for years. Sean is the one who did the work and sold these doors to us. As it stands now, I have paid my deposit with the understanding that Sean would be getting the commission from the sale and my doors are on order. I have since learned that Sean has lost his job there. Not only lost his job but now this company is trying to keep his commission from the sale of my doors which makes me very angry especially with it being Christmas time. I own a business myself and I would never treat one of my employees this away. Sounds like a very greedy owner to me and I expect the commission to be paid to Sean per the agreement or I will assume the agreement is no good and will expect a full refund on my recent order. I will update this review as I find out more about this situation.

Your prices are outrageous. I was quoted a price for a new opener of $1000. That is highway robbery. I was also quoted a price for a 110 pound garage door spring of $100, which is also highway robbery. Do you actually find people willing to pay these prices? Shame on you for charging 3 times what it would normally cost for these services and parts.
Unfortunately Mr. Keehr the estimate we have on file does not reflect any of the prices that you say you were quoted. We don't offer any garage door openers at that kind of price. So are you sure it was our company or possibly there was a misunderstanding. Either way we're here to help & we will negotiate with you the best we possibly can!!!!

I am very happy with Precision's services. I just purchased a new home, and one of the garage doors was not closing because the wire to the sensor had been cut. I asked CJ to assess the doors overall and let me know what kind of shape there are in. I really liked the recommendation of various levels of repairs (i.e. asked for, better, best) so I could choose what I needed and what I could afford. CJ was extremely nice, very thorough and did a great job. I also like the lifetime warranty for the level of repair I chose (which is one of the reasons I chose that level too).

Leaving for work I discovered the current opener had died. I called Precision and Shane was dispatched and arrived at 2PM the same day. Much appreciated. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful at answering my many questions and ultimately installing the new unit. New 370 unit is much quieter than even my last belt drive was. Shane did a great job, I would highly recommend Precision, and Shane to anyone I know.
