Garrett Wright was on time and courteous throughout the entire process. He fixed our dated garage door that had been previously repaired by the previous owner. He also suggested replacing the door with an insulated door that is now standard. This would provide better insulation for the garage; good idea we are considering.

A neighbor of mine once told me that he used Precision Door to fix a major problem with his broken garage door. While they were at his home, he had them change out some rollers, springs, the overhead track and other issues as well. He was a very personable and knowledgeable young man that thoroughly explained what I needed and why. Consequently, I had him work on all issues that he mentioned. I now have a garage door that is quiet as a mouse when it is raised and lowered. He even reset my garage door keypad code and the remotes built into two new autos' that I owned. Appears that a lightning strike near our house and apparently knocked out our garage door opener last week. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service a day later after attempting to figure out what the problem was with the garage door opener. Garrett Wright with Precision showed up early the next day and confirmed that the door opener was indeed in need of replacement. Very nice young man, he went to work installing the replacement opener, finished in no time.
