Precision Garage Door Service came out the next morning after I called them late in the day. Wilkes was there in the time frame that was given and called when he was 15 minutes away. I called because my opener was making a loud chatter when opening. It had been doing that for over a week, I had lubed up the track screw but that did not alleviate the issue. I opened the door before Wilkes got there and when he arrived we went into the garage so I could show him the issue. I closed the door and when I tried to open it the opener failed and began to make a grinding noise. I was shown some new openers and chose the better unit. with lots of good features. Wilkes was very polite, respectful, and had a great personality. He did an excellent job installing our new opener. He was very skilled and knowledgable. He impressed me with his work ethics, he kept his tools and supplies neat and in order, kept the wiring neat and strapped down. When the installation was complete and he had policed his tools and materials he programed the new opener, set the door limits, tested the safety features and answered all questions I had. I am very pleased with Precision and with Wilkes

We have dealt with Precision for 17 years, we have always received prompt service. We are very pleased with our door but it needed some work and had some rust, so we decided to get a new one. The salesman courteous and professional and was not high pressure.

I had a problem with my Raynor opener of 26 years, of not engaging to open/close the door. Set up an appontment for a tech to evaluate. Tech, Jonathan Lane, even arrived early, evaluated either a possible bad capacitor, or the motor itself went bad, aftyer 26 years. I opted for a new moter to start anew, with 2 remotes and a wireless keypad, a manual wall switch and floor sensors. Took about 1 1/4 hr to remove old moter and chain track, and install new track w/motor. I am very pleased with the new equipment, and looking forward to another 25ish years of dependable opener service.

I want to start out by saying that this is the second time we have used your company and the service and work has been fantastic. This past visit was simply amazing. The technician who did the job Jack Hodges was very nice and explained everything that he did and serviced very throughly and also went the extra mile in a couple of areas. Precision Door was the best decision we made to have our door fixed right - the first time! I am by no means an expert for garage door repairs - and after having the door inspected and Brandon making the suggestions on our options - we opted to have full overhaul on our door. This was the best decision we could have made and the door is like new. My neighbor had used Precision Door for a repair and then a new door a few months later. So glad you all had a sticker on his door and the service call was on time and completed in 1 hour - we are totally amazed and thanks for making our door like new. After all - this is the most used item in the house - with 4-6 uses per day - or 1800+ uses per year - we had gotten over 27,000+/- uses and will get ALLOT more thanks to Precision Door Service!

Our technician, Jared, was great!! He was punctual, professional, and very competent. He explained everything that was wrong with our opener, and what needed to be done to fix the problem(s). Our house was recently struck by lightening, which caused part of the problem, but he suggested other issues that needed to be addressed. He put no pressure on us to select the most expensive option, and fully explained each option. He left the garage clean with no mess or trash to deal with after he finished the work. I was VERY impressed.

Our technician Brandon came out and was great to deal with and explained everything that was needed and also why certain other things needed to be done as well and it made sense. He was very professional and patient while I waited on an answer on whether we wanted to do the additional work. He fixed the garage door and springs very promptly. My only comment of concern is not related to Brandon but instead those that take the calls and set up the appointments. They do seem to under quote or mis-communicate the prices as noted by other reviews. They should be a little more versed on the products and the possibilities that additional costs may be warranted and make potential customers aware ahead of time so they don't think repairs will cost around $150 and wind up being $500 - $750 instead. However, based on the excellent service, warranties, guarantees, etc I will definitely recommend the company to others.

He had no wasted motions in his work of repairing and servicing our overhead door spring and doing a replacement and tuning of the entire system. My wife was amazed by how quiet the garage door was after Lawrence completed the repair and lubrication procedure.

I highly recommend this company. After dealing with a couple of lackluster attempts on CraigsList, I turned to the Yellow Pages and found a professional looking add that was endorsed by the BBB. I called, got a same day appointment scheduled. The technician Jared called and kept me informed about his progress to give me a better idea of his schedule. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional and diagnosed my problem seconds into the visit. He informed me about another impending problem to expect in the near future, but never pushed me to have it repaired. I accepted his recommendation and had the whole thing done in less than 1 hour. I told him that if anything ever needs to be done again, that Precision will be my choice, and that Jared will be the tech I request. Thank you for your excellent service.
