I see your trucks in my neighborhood all the time and your advertisement in the Bellevue Clipper. My tech Lyle was excellent. Walked me through options as my garage door and opener from 2002. I needed a few things I hadn’t counted on but very happy with end results. Lyle explained how what I needed worked and point out the wear and tear on my parts. Couldn’t be more pleased. Great Customer Service. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Called at 10 and the technician arrived by 1:00. New opener was installed in around an hour. They also have 24 hour coverage if needed. I highly recommend them for any garage door needs. They are very knowledgeable and respectful and the communication was great

Precision did the original installation and we broke a spring, which is not unusual after 8 yrs. On a door that is heavily used. Lyle, the technician suggested an upgrade to double springs since we use that door as the main house entrance. We agreed and he was very professional in his explanation and installation. I recommend this company highly. They have a great product and great people to work with.

Set appointment for a Maintenance service call. The tech Lyle, recommended we replace the rollers and pins, as they were rusted. He also replace the bottom panel where the rubber piece, breaks down over time. Our door is 22 years old. Very reliable company. Lyle communicated well, on time and very professional. Our garage door opens smoothly, much quieter now. We are very pleased with the service that Precision provided. Highly recommend everyone has a maintenance done every 5-7 years, much a huge difference in the daily performance.

Sales team is horrible. I was told it would only take 6 weeks to have it installed and it turned into almost 8 months. Would not return calls or keep me informed of the status. It even got to the point where I was ready to cancel the contract and let them keep the money I had already pain. Price was comparable to two other quotes I got.
