Excellent service visit. Very nice technician that didn't try to oversell me on extras that didn't need to be done now. He made a sensible suggestion to do today that I agreed to, and it was easily fixed. Definitely a keeper for my home fix-it needs. 100 stars!

I appreciate the fact that you do not charge extra on weekends. I called around 1 PM on a Sunday. Someone was here by 2 PM when they said they would be. Door was fixed by 3 PM. Knowledgeable fellow who showed me how to replace the batteries in the outside garage opener and told me that it was easy for the AAA batteries to get corroded.

We had the absolute best experience! Garrett was a pro, friendly, and so helpful. He showed us how to operate everything. It was only 2.5 hours from the time I first called the office until the work installing 2 new motors was completed. Unbelievable! We will be recommending you to everyone we know. Thank you!

Precision has serviced my garage door before. When the spring broke I called Precision. They scheduled a service for first thing in the morning. Sam arrived right on time and completed the repair in under an hour. Thanks for the fast service.

I first called precision door to repair two garage doors. I was told that the first door needed a new motor even though it opened up and down but didn’t stop when it closed, it just went back up. I thought it just needed an adjustment. Since I needed it to operate, I gave my permission to install the new motor even though I thought a simple adjustment would fix it. The second door motor only two years old I thought needed just an adjustment because it would not close all the way but was told it needed a new motor costing $1600. The tech said that that particular motor had problems and there was no fix for it. I refused the new motor installation and called another company to check it out. When the new technician arrived I explained the problem. Ten minutes later the door was repaired. The problem, two set screws were loose and the door operated as it should, nothing wrong with the motor. I paid the $150 service call and was completely satisfied. I will say I won’t be calling precision door again. Buyer beware.

My technician was Landon Baker, he was great! He did an evaluation, gave me my options, explained everything, after I made my decision he went right to work. Landon was very professional, knew what he was doing, and I appreciated his expertise. I won’t hesitate to Precision Garage in the future.

He was very detailed in his process from beginning to end. He had me working properly in no time at all. When my new garage door days arrive, I will be calling him.

The technician was courteous, called me and asked to come early if convenient (it was!), and very efficient. He was a nice man, told me of various issues and how he could repair them with my ok. Work was excellent, he explained how to set up the entry pad and program it which I did at his direction, replaced parts I didn't know were wearing until he pointed them out. I've always used Precision and always had a great experience with them. Thanks!
