The technician was courteous, called me and asked to come early if convenient (it was!), and very efficient. He was a nice man, told me of various issues and how he could repair them with my ok. Work was excellent, he explained how to set up the entry pad and program it which I did at his direction, replaced parts I didn't know were wearing until he pointed them out. Outstanding service. Contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Arrived on time. Service technician Kendrick was very thorough in his assessment of the problem and the functioning of the doors in general. He explained all recommended repairs/maintenance items in detail, showing me specific functions of the doors. The repairs necessary required approximately twice the original estimated time required to complete but cost me no more additional money due to the lengthier repair time. I am highly satisfied and will continue to use Precision in the future for my garage door needs.

Precision Garage Door of Nashville installed a new garage door for us today. From beginning to end the experience with this company was outstanding. The on-site estimator came out to our home the same week we contacted the company. He was on time, listened to what we wanted, and found exactly the solution we were looking for. The price was a good bit less than a highly-advertised competing firm we had also received a quote from. The delivery and install today was well within the time-window estimated at the start of the process. The two gentlemen (locals; English was their native language) who did the install were professional in every way. As far as we can tell the installation and quality of the product are excellent. The door is exactly what we ordered.

Preston from Precision came out to help us program our new remote. During his visit, we found out that the keypad also needed replacing. I called this morning because the garage door wouldn't work. An appt was available this afternoon. Preston came and diagnosed the problems, explained what was needed to fix the door. He worked in the very hot garage for about 1 1/2 hrs. The temp was 102 degrees. He was so personable, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, & got the job done. I see your trucks in my neighborhood all the time and your advertisement in the Bellevue Clipper. My tech Lyle was excellent. Walked me through options as my garage door and opener from 2002. I needed a few things I hadn’t counted on but very happy with end results. Lyle explained how what I needed worked and point out the wear and tear on my parts. Couldn’t be more pleased.
