Jason arrived on time and was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We asked him to come because of a faulty keypad. He immediately replaced it and also discovered mechanical issues with the door, which we were unaware of. He swiftly took care of the additional problem. I would definitely recommend Precision Door and Jason to anyone considering help with garage door service.

If you are looking for garage door repair or replacement, Precision Door is THE place to call. My door opener died, I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. expecting to setup an appointment for a week away. I was wrong. The technician called me that same day said he would be here between noon and 2;00. At 12:20 Jonathan Lane was in my driveway. Jonathan was OUTSTANDING ! If you call Precision be sure to ask them to send Jonathan.

Precision Door repaired my garage door years ago, but I wanted them to service it so it would keep on working in the future as in its past excellent fashion, since I must admit I have done nothing to the garage door since the repair some four or five years ago. The serviceman Brandon was polite, on time, and knowledgeable, and I truly appreciate his fine service today, 08-26-2021. I will recommend Precision Door to anyone in our community who needs your services. Thank you again. The service performed was to oil/grease whatever was needed per Brandon, so your selection of services doesn't really fit my situation, but I will choose one to satisfy your programming rules.

From the day I had my “accident “(backed into the door) I called in a panic as what to do it was a Saturday person on the phone was so calm helpful. She set up a time for Tech to come Sunday morning. He was able to get door up my car out. He showed me all features on a new door was very helpful. Yesterday the door was installed he was awesome think he started at 7:30am done by 10:30. My 3 year old opener was intermittently failing. Brad came out a week or so earlier and of course it was working fine. He did a reset and sprayed the rollers and everything worked for awhile. Then the failures started again. I called Monday around noon and was happy to hear there was an opening at 2 that day. Brad came out again and this time just swapped out the head and was finished in about 15 minutes. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with them.
