Jason Skillern was our representative and was very courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Our expectations were exceeded as our old garage door opener quite working and they had one in the vehicle that was quickly installed. Thank you!

Kendrick Travis was a breath of fresh air! He was extremely professional, qualified, informative, and not at all pushy. He helped me decide what was really best for my needs. I now have an update to date system with new motor, new remotes, new springs, digital garage door opener, easy ability to raise the garage door manually if necessary, etc. Look no further than this superior company.

Outstanding service. Contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Arrived on time. Service technician Kendrick was very thorough in his assessment of the problem and the functioning of the doors in general. He explained all recommended repairs/maintenance items in detail, showing me specific functions of the doors. The repairs necessary required approximately twice the original estimated time required to complete but cost me no more additional money due to the lengthier repair time. I am highly satisfied and will continue to use Precision in the future for my garage door needs.

Precision Garage Door of Nashville installed a new garage door for us today. From beginning to end the experience with this company was outstanding. The on-site estimator came out to our home the same week we contacted the company. He was on time, listened to what we wanted, and found exactly the solution we were looking for. The price was a good bit less than a highly-advertised competing firm we had also received a quote from. The delivery and install today was well within the time-window estimated at the start of the process. The two gentlemen (locals; English was their native language) who did the install were professional in every way. As far as we can tell the installation and quality of the product are excellent. The door is exactly what we ordered.

Preston from Precision came out to help us program our new remote. During his visit, we found out that the keypad also needed replacing. Before Preston left, he quoted us for future repairs that will be needed down the road. Preston was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient with his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Preston and Precision Door for all your garage door needs.

There is only praise for the maintenance visit I received this week. The technician, Jack, arrived on time and presented himself professionally with superb communication skills. After a few minutes it was obvious he had a deep knowledge of the power system on my doors and an interest in solving the problem. Without reservation I recommend Precision!

I called this morning because the garage door wouldn't work. An appt was available this afternoon. Preston came and diagnosed the problems, explained what was needed to fix the door. He worked in the very hot garage for about 1 1/2 hrs. The temp was 102 degrees. He was so personable, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, & got the job done. I am very grateful to Precision Garage Door for the same day service the & excellent technician. He was very courteous, professional & efficient. Thank you.

Jason was thorough, professional, and friendly. He did not use “high pressure” techniques to expand sales. He did not leave until I was completely informed of the work done and aware of how to maintain my garage door.

I see your trucks in my neighborhood all the time and your advertisement in the Bellevue Clipper. My tech Lyle was excellent. Walked me through options as my garage door and opener from 2002. I needed a few things I hadn’t counted on but very happy with end results. Lyle explained how what I needed worked and point out the wear and tear on my parts. Couldn’t be more pleased. He was very helpful and friendly. When customer service at many places is at an all time low…. Lyle was great. Thanks

Precision did a great job repairing our garage door. Jonathan was quick to evaluate the problems and complete the work. He was even able to arrive earlier than our originally scheduled appointment, which was great because we were not able to open the door manually and get out.

We have used Precision Door Service several times in the past. They have always been prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. There is never a good time for a garage door to fail and it's good to know there is someone you can depend on for help.

My garage opener was originally installed by Precision years ago, so, when a problem occurred with closing the garage door on July 4th, I called the 24 hr number. The person answering my call was pleasant and efficient. She scheduled a service call for the very next day. Preston, the technician, kept me informed of his arrival time, explained everything he did, and completed his work quickly. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

As the lead tech, one would hope Jay Skillern knows what he's doing. He's pretty good. Just kidding. He is a diagnostic/repair beast. Plus, he's cool as a fan on high.

Just wanted to let you know that Kendrick Travis exceeded my expectations when he came out last week to address the issues with the garage doors. He is a real "standup guy" who is courteous, professional and easy to get along with. He thoroughly explained all of the required work to be performed and then proceeded to complete the repairs on both doors in just under two hours. What really impressed me as well is that I had called to make an appointment on Friday, 12/15/23, expecting to be told that a technician would not be available until the following week. To my amazement, Kendrick called to say he would be at my son's place a bit after 10 am. I had previous experience with Precision Door Service back in March, 2020 at my own home. That was the driver to call your team back to provide such excellent service at my son's home. Thanks for a job well done!

We have used Precision for the last four years. They have replaced a broken spring and repaired a motor. Excellent experience with technicians. They have shown us how to lubricate the door ourselves. Highly pleased.

Quick response to my call; installed new code for outside box of garage door and replaced batteries; technician patiently explained how to unscrew box, replace batteries, and reinstall; technician also thoroughly checked the entire garage door mechanism for any other problems and found none. Very pleased and thankful that I can now open the door with the code for myself and my trusted friends and neighbors.

I had damage to my door that I needed repair/replacement. Their representative Dillon arrived on time, was very professional and is pleasant to talk to. Dillon described all my options. He did not try to pressure me into buying anything more than I needed. I would recommend Precision door in the future.
