Just wanted to let you know that Kendrick Travis exceeded my expectations when he came out last week to address the issues with the garage doors. He is a real "standup guy" who is courteous, professional and easy to get along with. He thoroughly explained all of the required work to be performed and then proceeded to complete the repairs on both doors in just under two hours. What really impressed me as well is that I had called to make an appointment on Friday, 12/15/23, expecting to be told that a technician would not be available until the following week. To my amazement, Kendrick called to say he would be at my son's place a bit after 10 am. I had previous experience with Precision Door Service back in March, 2020 at my own home. That was the driver to call your team back to provide such excellent service at my son's home. Thanks for a job well done!

Quick response to my call; installed new code for outside box of garage door and replaced batteries; technician patiently explained how to unscrew box, replace batteries, and reinstall; technician also thoroughly checked the entire garage door mechanism for any other problems and found none. One of our "electric eyes" became disconnected from the rail and it looked like it was in bad shape. I called Precision (my go to garage guys) expecting replacement of both. To my great surprise my tech cleaned it off and recalibrated it along with a garage door inspection and fixing the emergency cord (painters put it wrong). In and out in 10 minutes with only a service call fee of $65. A real bargain. Thanks again.

If you are looking for garage door repair or replacement, Precision Door is THE place to call. My door opener died, I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. expecting to setup an appointment for a week away. I was wrong. The technician called me that same day said he would be here between noon and 2;00. At 12:20 Jonathan Lane was in my driveway. Jonathan was OUTSTANDING ! If you call Precision be sure to ask them to send Jonathan.
