I’m a repeat customer that is very satisfied with the product and service. Just replaced the motor and package except for the springs which was my initial purchase. Both techs were very knowledgeable and expedient in completing the job. Just had my opener replaced and the springs moving parts on my garage door replaced. My opener had failed (after 20 years of faithful service) so I knew that had to be replaced. I opted for the upgrade on my door mechanisms, figuring they would need replacing soon anyway. Troy was right on time, polite, and very efficient. Did this cost more than I would have preferred to spend? Well, yes, but doesn't anything of quality these days? Now I have a practically new garage door that opens whisper quiet.

Fantastic! A remarkably outstanding experience. Overhead belt drive unit failed suddneny mid-Saturday evening, we called them and talked to a really responsive and courteous phone operator. This is truly excellent 24-hour service. We were given a Sunday 12-2 pm slot, and the tech, Thomas, appeared even early! Unbelievable these days. He went to work on warranty repair and replaced the head unit, helped me reprogram the remotes, and we were all done in less than 24 hours from the previous day's failure. I have nothing but excellent all around. This company stands out among all the home service companies. My highest, highest recommendation. Buying the unit with the lifetime warranty was a smart move, and there was not a single quibble about anything. Love Precision Door!

Your service technician was terrific! He arrived promptly, on a Saturday!, and put one of the wheels to the door back on track in about 5 minutes. He then obtained a replacement box for the outside of the garage to open it--this because it would not accept a new code. (My husband died earlier this year and I needed to change the code for security). The technician did this in about 5 minutes as well. Your company is terrific! You installed the original garage door opener several years ago and your number was very conveniently on the inside of the door. After having been through some disappointment working with other companies (for other issues), your company has restored my faith in GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! THANK YOU!!!
