I appreciate the fact that you do not charge extra on weekends. I called around 1 PM on a Sunday. Someone was here by 2 PM when they said they would be. Door was fixed by 3 PM. Knowledgeable fellow who showed me how to replace the batteries in the outside garage opener and told me that it was easy for the AAA batteries to get corroded.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this is an exception. Our technician Sam did an exemplary job. He was very prompt, personable and professional. He was up front about costs and totally reasonable. He replaced the bent track on my left garage door quickly and efficiently. I could not be more pleased with the service he provided. Bottom line: The garage door is fixed and there was no upselling! I’m also impressed with the communication and method that Precision uses to arrange and confirm appointments. I’m so glad I utilized this business & special kudos to Sam! I could not recommend Precision Door Service of Nashville more.

I've used Precision in the past, so naturally I called them again when my garage door started acting up. The technician, Aaron, was great! He diagnosed and explained the problem clearly, offered three different options and explained the differences, and did not try to talk me into one or the other. He did the work quickly, was polite and respectful of our property, and actually made me feel like I got real value for my money. I will always use Precision in the future.

Precision installed our garage doors about three years ago and they have been working perfectly. I had a minor issue with the remote control on the opener and I called them. They came out the same day that I called and repaired the opener and it works like new once again. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs repair on their garage doors or even brand new garage doors. You will not regret it. Service after the sale is very important to me.

During a home inspection to sell my home, it was noted that the garage door was knocking, making loud sounds and not closing smoothly. Precision Garage Doors were able to come out the same day I called making it very convenient. I wish all businesses were like Precision Services. Wilkes Davis is the most professional technician I ever met and I've met a lot of them. He absolutely takes pride in his work and Precision Garage Door Services should be very happy Wilkes is on their team. I'm just saying... There aren't very many like him. Precision does all of my garage door work. They are a great company to use! Today I only needed the bottom seal changed on my door and I asked them to make sure everything was in good shape and working. The tech was courteous and efficient, and completed the inspection and repair quickly. The job was priced up front and there was no pressure to buy anything additional.
