Texted in to these folks alerting them on my issue. They texted back promptly. The ease of use was amazing. Their tech, Sam, showed up promptly during the time window they provided and he immediately got to work. He was very polite and respectful. He just happened to be a VOL fan too which eased my anxiety. He fixed my door in about 15 minutes and was on his way. The pricing on this was extremely nice too.

Got a call from my son stating garage door didn’t open when he got home. Got home from church to find both springs broken. I called Precision and they were able to see us same day, on a Sunday afternoon! John did an excellent explaining findings and options. Went ahead and got the whole door serviced with new heavy duty hardware for peace of mind, and the 10-year warranty is hard to pass up as you won’t find many folks offering that anymore. Great job all around, would recommend without hesitation.

Precision was great! They were able to send someone out quickly on a Sunday and our tech Jonathan was excellent! He offered a quick and affordable solution and even went above and beyond to fix a problem that was installed by the previous homeowner. Garrett Wright was on time and courteous throughout the entire process. He fixed our dated garage door that had been previously repaired by the previous owner. He also suggested replacing the door with an insulated door that is now standard. This would provide better insulation for the garage; good idea we are considering.
