Five Stars to John Lane. He communicated well, arrived ontime and quickly without hesitation diagnosed our old garage issues. He then recommended a couple of courses of action. We purchased a new opener and replaced rollers and seals. Install went quickly and in about an hour he was finished. He then thoroughly explained the operation of the unit. Payment was easy. I heartily recommend Precision Gargage Door Company and John Lane. They both were very professional, courteous and exceeded my expections. We selected Precision because of advertising in a local home improvement circular magazine. Thank you for your first class service.

I like Precision Door Service because they are efficient and got my many problems solved quickly. I called around 11:30 am and before 3 pm they had came, replaced MANY components of my garage door and gone. Jonathan was very professional. He helped me get the fix that I needed at the time at a decent price that I could afford. Later on down the road, I will need more fixes and I definitely will call Precision Door Service.

Found out my garage door was broken at 6 AM. I was able to go online, schedule an appointment without having to call in, and was able to have everything completed and up and running by 11 AM. Jay was super professional and friendly! Can not recommend enough 10/10!

John is a very qualified technician - and a nice guy as well. He explained all that was going on with my broken garage door and what it would take to get it working again. We also discussed the age of the door hardware and we did a detailed inspection. After careful consideration, I went ahead and asked for a rebuild of the hardware on the door, in addition to adding a second lift spring. The job only took about 90 minutes and the result was great.

Very prompt service for a jammed garage door chain/trolley assembly. Wilkes was very pleasant and explained all our options for the repair.
