Our garage door wouldn't open and the emergency lift didn't work. We needed to get the garage door open because of a medical condition that needed attention the next morning. The company sent someone in about 2 hours and he was able to get the door open and replace a number of parts that were bad. The cost was reasonable and we are grateful for the fast completion of the job.

Our garage door was in need of attention. Wilkes was scheduled and suggested we install a new lift. He was a pleasure to deal with as he removed worn parts and replaced them. We plan to have trim replaced and have scheduled Wilkes to do that. We are pleased with his work and work ethic. Thanks!

Precision installed a new door for us a few years ago, and it has worked perfectly...great service when they installed it, and the installer went above and beyond. Fast forward to today, and the outside keypad quit working. Called them and they responded within an hour. Fifteen minutes after the technician arrived, he had a new one installed, had checked the door for any safety problems (found none), and we were back in business. Hard to beat that kind of service and expertise.
