We are moving into our new home using the garage as unloading point, and the garage door came off the track and nearly collapsed. We called Precision Door at 900 PM and explained we needed expedited service. They dispatched Garrett Wright by 800AM the next morning. Garrett was professional, courteous and very engaging. It was obvious to us he enjoys his work. He assessed the situation, walked us through various repair options with no pressure, and completed the repair within an hour. My experience was excellent from scheduling to completion! Our garage door spring and cable system had collapsed and was a hazard. We called and scheduled for 2:00 pm, we got a notification who our service tech (with picture) would be, and he could arrive early!!!! When does that happen? Landon Baker was amazing, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient with his assessment of the needs of the job. Truely a skilled technician and communicated everything that needed to be done to ensure a safe environment and deliver quality product. I called Precision at 7:15 am and the Precision Technician Jack Hodges was at my residence by 9:00 am. Jack was very personable. He inspected my garage door and provided me with an estimate for repairs. I conferred with him regarding options/needs and then after my approval Jack completed the repairs. Two garage door springs were replaces, tension springs, center bearing plate, end plates, cable drums, and tube shaft struts. The work was completed in approximately 1 hour. Jack demonstrated how to lubricate the door semi-annually.

I had been pondering for some time on who to call for my repair job. I had an old ad from Clipper I believe. It seemed like a good choice with the service fee discount. Thomas was very thorough in explaining the different options and his recommendation. I finally settled on the best with the lifetime warranty. Service was very prompt, same day. My technician was very kind and professional. My garage door openers are very old and both had broken the same parts. Unfortunately, they are so old that Precision was not able to repair them because they do not carry the needed parts. I was given a proposal for a complete overhaul of the systems plus new new openers. When I am ready to replace them, I will certainly call on them again.
