I caught my rear SUV door on the garage door this morning. I called Precision at 8:30 AM and they had a technician at my door by 10:30. 40 minutes later my door was working perfectly with new springs and all new rollers. Thank you Precision and Technician John.

I had been pondering for some time on who to call for my repair job. I had an old ad from Clipper I believe. It seemed like a good choice with the service fee discount. Thomas was very thorough in explaining the different options and his recommendation. I finally settled on the best with the lifetime warranty. He was very knowledgeable and did the job completely, cleanup and all in less than one hour. Thomas is a 5 star associate.

Using Precision Doors was an excellent choice on my part. Our garage door died and they came the same day I called and did an overhaul of moving parts. It works better than it ever has. So much quieter. Will most definitely use again if need be.

Service was very prompt, same day. My technician was very kind and professional. My garage door openers are very old and both had broken the same parts. Unfortunately, they are so old that Precision was not able to repair them because they do not carry the needed parts. I was given a proposal for a complete overhaul of the systems plus new new openers. When I am ready to replace them, I will certainly call on them again.

Your company was the only one that I called that answered the telephone. The person answering was polite and got right down to business. The technician called me before comming out and was early getting to us. He got the damaged door down and out so that we didn't have a safety issue any longer. Next day he came back and installed a new door that we like better than our old one. This is a new home and so the door that I damaged was only 3 months old. The new motor drive and door are both superior to our old one. Mr Bonor didn't waste time and was professional and cleaned up after the job was done. My homeowners insurance representitive commented that the paperwork was well done and left nothing to interpretation. Got my settlement done fast because of that! Please share my comments with anyone that might be considering your services or products. Top notch service and repair and top notch product. We are very satisifed and happy to recomend your company. Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling a day and time for the technician to make the service call was easily done with many options offered. The technician actually called on the day of the appointment and offered to come earlier as his prior jobs had been completed quicker than he planned. Upon arriving I advised as to the reason for my service call. The technician listened attentively and then provided insight as to what might be the problem and possible resolutions. The technician was clearly very experienced and professional in his communication. The technician quickly fixed the problem and then noted several other possible maintenance issues that I would not have noticed. The technician suggested a course of action but did not do any work until he thoroughly explained what would be done, why it should be done and the cost of doing it. The work was completed quickly and professionally with the technician reviewing the work performed and the 23 (I think) point inspection that is part of the service. I would highly recommend this company for garage door installs or service. I only wish all service providers were as professional as this one.

Recently bought house with about a 12 year old door system. I was having problems with the door working all the time. Shane came and could not duplicate the problem, but he showed me where the problem was probably centered. 2 days later it started acting up again so I called back to schedule to have a rebuild job on my door. Shane showed up ahead of time and rebuilt my system. Works good now. Second rebuild job I've had in less than a year. They did a real good job on my last house. d

I called Precision at 7:15 am and the Precision Technician Jack Hodges was at my residence by 9:00 am. Jack was very personable. He inspected my garage door and provided me with an estimate for repairs. I conferred with him regarding options/needs and then after my approval Jack completed the repairs. Two garage door springs were replaces, tension springs, center bearing plate, end plates, cable drums, and tube shaft struts. The work was completed in approximately 1 hour. Jack demonstrated how to lubricate the door semi-annually.
