We love our new garage door. Can't believe how quiet the door is when in motion. The entire process was great. I compared pricing and product with two other companies and Precision Door Service was by far the wisest choice. Dillon, in Sales came to our home twice; always courteous, professional and answered our many questions. Shane, who installed the door, worked quickly and efficiently taking out the old and installed the new in about two hours. The door itself is beautiful, insulated, adds light to our garage and beauty to our home. Did I mention quiet? We have an entire new garage door system that we'll enjoy for years. Your company supplied and installed a high-quality set of garage doors and the installer, Shane Follis, sure demonstrated that he knows what he's doing. Shane is a professional in the very best sense of the word. Given our double garage's apparently non-standard entry frame, Shane spent what he explained was a well-above average number of hours installing the new garage doors. He explained that the extra effort was the kind of thing that kept his work interesting -- he worked straight through the lunch period and well into the late afternoon. Shane is the kind of employee who makes Precision Doors look very good. The bottom line: The doors look and work great -- and surely Shane is one of your stars!

I contacted Precision because of the other great reviews after searching. Lyle was prompt in getting here to do assessment & provide various quotes I requested. We ended up getting a whole new garage door, frames, springs, opener, etc. -- the whole system! Shane came as scheduled, even on a very cold day (didn't bother him in the least!) He was great -- good communication, prompt service, explained everything, done!

Great job!!!!! Very professional and knew how to have fun as well. Very refreshing in this day and age. Old door removed, new door installed. Technicians knew what they were doing and were able, and willing to go the extra mile to make this door right. I live in a log house, so nothing is perfect and square. They guys had to think outside the box to make this install perfect, and were able to do this. 5 stars definitely. Have already recommended your services to others.
