Precision Garage Door will be added to my contacts. I am very hesitant when companies come to do any kind of service at our house. Our garage door broke on a storm night. We were able to get it closed, but we needed it fixed. I called Precision Garage Door at 9:45p.m. and was able to get a next day appointment. From the first call, to the Technician, Tony, to the payment I didn't feel pressured. Tony was very professional and honest about the repairs needed. Set appointment for a Maintenance service call. The tech Lyle, recommended we replace the rollers and pins, as they were rusted. He also replace the bottom panel where the rubber piece, breaks down over time. Our door is 22 years old. Very reliable company. Lyle communicated well, on time and very professional. Our garage door opens smoothly, much quieter now. We are very pleased with the service that Precision provided. Highly recommend everyone has a maintenance done every 5-7 years, much a huge difference in the daily performance.

Price for the repair was reasonable, and repairs were made in a very timely manner. The garage door operation is more quiet and opens and closes much smoother than when it was brand new.
