My garage door was noisy and struggling to open. The counterbalance was off. Landon Baker quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the counterbalance/springs for both of my garage doors and now they open and close smoothly and quietly.

Jack was out in a very timely manner, same day as my call actually. Knew what he was doing, had us done in a matter of 30 minutes or less. Did not try to sell us unneeded services products. Was knowledgeable about what he did have to offer. Will use again. (this was my third time using Precision).

Sam did a wonderful job installing a new garage door opener. He was very punctual, courteous and professional. Sam did a great job explaining everything, answering all my questions, making sure I was satisfied. He did the work very efficiently and cleaned everything up afterwards. Sam also took the time to go over everything with me making sure I was knowledgeable in operating the new equipment. I really appreciate Precision Garage Door service. I have used them several times over the last 8 years and have always been very satisfied with the services received.

I was disappointed in the salesman who showed up to give me a quote on my garage door. He was fast-talking and had a bit of an attitude with me. He asked me, "Do you want something cheap?" This was because I am wise with how money is spent in our home. I guess he assumed I wanted something cheap and not of good quality in order to get a decent deal on a door. His tone of voice was pushy, bossy, and hateful. He was your typical salesman -- the kind you don't want in your house. I got three different quotes from three different companies. Precision Garage Doors was, by far, the most expensive. I do not recommend this company.

I had a problem with my Raynor opener of 26 years, of not engaging to open/close the door. Set up an appontment for a tech to evaluate. Tech, Jonathan Lane, even arrived early, evaluated either a possible bad capacitor, or the motor itself went bad, aftyer 26 years. I opted for a new moter to start anew, with 2 remotes and a wireless keypad, a manual wall switch and floor sensors. Took about 1 1/4 hr to remove old moter and chain track, and install new track w/motor. I am very pleased with the new equipment, and looking forward to another 25ish years of dependable opener service.

Great service. Had Saturday hours which was VERY helpful as getting in and out of our house without the garage door is difficult (as our system was broke). Aaron was great to work with— helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and explained things well. He did a great job repairing our garage door putting in a new system, and was great explaining things along the way how long it would take and what the manufacturer warranty was and such. Great experience!

Precision Door Service made it easy to schedule my garage door repair. Garage door spring broke between 7 - 8 AM this morning and I was able to schedule my appointment between 10 AM - 12 PM the same day. The technician (Jay Skillern) was great and made the process easy. He had my garage door fixed before 2 PM that afternoon. I will use Precision for any future garage repair needs.

Jonathan was excellent. Very thorough and professional...saved me a few 100 dollars. A previous company wanted to change my springs for $700...and it would not have solved the problem. Some grease got on the rubber sealing trim and became sticky. The door would stick then jerk open in the morning. Rubbing some "Goof Off" on it got rid of the problem. Found Precision in the Value-Pak we get in the mail...with that coupon only $39.95. Definitely quality.

We love our new garage door. Can't believe how quiet the door is when in motion. The entire process was great. I compared pricing and product with two other companies and Precision Door Service was by far the wisest choice. Dillon, in Sales came to our home twice; always courteous, professional and answered our many questions. Shane, who installed the door, worked quickly and efficiently taking out the old and installed the new in about two hours. The door itself is beautiful, insulated, adds light to our garage and beauty to our home. Did I mention quiet? We have an entire new garage door system that we'll enjoy for years.
