Precision Garage Door will be added to my contacts. I am very hesitant when companies come to do any kind of service at our house. Our garage door broke on a storm night. We were able to get it closed, but we needed it fixed. I called Precision Garage Door at 9:45p.m. and was able to get a next day appointment. From the first call, to the Technician, Tony, to the payment I didn't feel pressured. Tony was very professional and honest about the repairs needed. A few years back I had 2 insulated doors installed along with new openers. Everything went extremely well and the men involved with the estimate and installation were top notch. I’ve had a few service calls performed and each and every time the technicians have been great to work with. Today’s service technician was at my home within 2 hours of me calling. Broke a spring on a 20 year door at 7:00pm on a Friday night. Called Precision and they came out at 8:00am on Saturday morning! Replaced all moving parts at a very reasonable rate. Outstanding customer service, and the technician (Preston) knew what he was doing and very professional! Would highly recommend!
