Set appointment for a Maintenance service call. The tech Lyle, recommended we replace the rollers and pins, as they were rusted. He also replace the bottom panel where the rubber piece, breaks down over time. Our door is 22 years old. Very reliable company. Lyle communicated well, on time and very professional. Our garage door opens smoothly, much quieter now. We are very pleased with the service that Precision provided. Highly recommend everyone has a maintenance done every 5-7 years, much a huge difference in the daily performance.

We had the garage door spring break 10-14-23. I called and the girl I spoke with was friendly and professional. They sent Jack out to fix it. He was nice and professional. We are going to add a garage to our home and we will definitely call Precision for or garage doors.

I have been using Precision for about 15 years. The installed a new door, opener and track system and have maintained the system since it was installed. We perform an annual maintenance which I believe provided high quality performance. On this call Brandon identified failing springs that were replaced prior to causing a more serious problem. Had a broken/cracked connection on the door trolley system. Technician Tony came out to service it in a timely manner. All components were inspected and repairs were made. Very satisfied with the quick response and the cost of repairs.

Honestly, I just got lucky when I found Precision! I am so very thankful that I did! Jay Skillern and the guy with him (I'm so sorry I've forgotten his name) were both so friendly and so good explaining what they were doing. I hope I never have any more trouble, but I know if I do that I'll be calling Precision!

We needed our garage doors serviced and inspected due to some operating problems. Made appointment online and the process started. Communication was very good. Our tech, Jay, called to let us know he was running late but was on his way. Did great job inspecting & repairing our doors. He also educated me while he was doing his inspection and repairs so I am better equipped to do routine maintenance. Repairs are covered by warranty. Highly recommend them. You get what you pay for. Quality of work, parts, and reputation of the company matter if you should ever need them again. Pros from start to finish.

This will be 1 of 3 reviews- Our sales experience was exceptional. Initally we requested a quote to repair a 60 year old garage door. Unforunatley, the parts are no longer available. The salesman, Printes Creasy, was very knowledgeable regarding Precisions products. He thoroughly went over all the options from the low end to high end and was able to email all quotes while on site. No high pressure sales push to buy that day. Printes told us if or when we made our decision to contact him and he would come back for final measurements. We did some research and finally decided on the one to purchase. We contacted Prentice, he came measured and explained all the fine details of the sale, and gave us an approximate timeline for installation. Prentice is very respectful, calls ahead regarding his arrival time, and is great at communicating. 5 stars for sales! The 2nd review will be regarding installation process and quality of product.

I called to set an appointment and talked to a very helpful person who set up the appointment for the next day. Brandon W came (right on time) to Hendersonville and we discussed all of our options. Brandon never tried to "sell" anything and offered good alternatives. We set up the install for later in the week. He was on time once again. He completed the job timely and efficiently. Garage spring snapped in half. Called Precision the next day and they had a tech out within a couple hours. Lyle the tech got here and said well yep you need a new spring and since the part was bought from and installed by us it's under our lifetime warranty and will be fixed free of charge! New spring was installed in less than an hour! We will always use Precision for our garage door needs! Thank you!

I seldom offer reviews, but regarding Precision Door of Nashville, I feel compelled to. From my initial call to the technician's visit, I was amazed at the promptness and professionalism that PGD displayed. A service technician was dispatched to my home the same day as my call, which is no small feat in this world of personnel shortages. I was texted updates on the ETA of my tech, and even received a call when he arrived. A very special "shout out" goes to technician Robert Barnett. He was personable, obviously talented, and to be honest, I tried to steal him for my own company. PGD of Nashville is the only one to call. Stop reading, and start calling!

I was so pleased with this service. There was a great deal of trouble shooting to be done and Brandon, our tech, was thorough and fixed the problem while doing small things, such as wire covers, to keep all wires need and tidy to prohibit future problems. Brandon was very professional and I love that the company sends information of the upcoming arrival, which includes: Technicians name, and information if you should need to quiz for proof of identity for safety concerns. Also, the pricing was so very reasonable for all of the work. I would highly recommend the company and will use them again if and when needed.

The work was great and the installation went really well. Not really happy about the price. The estimate came in $150 more that other bids for the same type of springs and other work that needed to be done. We appreciate you bringing the cost down a bit but still were higher than other companies. The Tech deserves a thumbs up!
