We have used Precision Door several time now and they are absolutely fantastic. We called them out this time because the door wasn't closing. It turned out to be one of my daughters flags covering the electronic eye. No charge!! Jay was the best technician; very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The entire process of our garage door repair was handled professionally and efficiently. We received reminders and updates of our appointment. Lyle Rowan was the technician and he did an excellent job. There were several components that had to be replaced and the garage door is now working like new.

I called, and the phone was answered quickly by a real person. Everyone I talked to was very nice and courteous. My repair man arrived ahead of the time window. He went right to work. Finished quickly. Answered all my questions. Explained what he was doing. I wanted to see information on a new garage door. He had it with him, showed it to me. He was not high pressure. I ordered a new door. I thought the price was in line. He gave me options. All,together it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family! And anyone else for that matter!

I have had extremely good luck and I’m very happy with my precision garage doors. The keyless and wireless keypad has started going on the blink after all several years of use and so I called precision today. They literally had a technician out there within three hours to replace the keypad. Josh, the technician, has been to my home before and has been nothing but absolutely fantastic. He has Massive knowledge about the product and immediately knew what I needed. I truly do like this company and their service. Keep up the good work!

I was very impressed with the quickness of setting up an appointment, next day service. Josh Myatt was very professional and resolved the issue of my garage door opener (an opener we installed and was embarrassed not to know to set the limitation codes, which Josh did not make me feel dumb!!) Will definitely use Precision again if needed and will spread the word.

The work was great and the installation went really well. Not really happy about the price. The estimate came in $150 more that other bids for the same type of springs and other work that needed to be done. We appreciate you bringing the cost down a bit but still were higher than other companies. The Tech deserves a thumbs up!
