A few years back I had 2 insulated doors installed along with new openers. Everything went extremely well and the men involved with the estimate and installation were top notch. I’ve had a few service calls performed and each and every time the technicians have been great to work with. Today’s service technician was at my home within 2 hours of me calling. Got my problem fixed in no time at all. Jason Steele was a true professional and wasted no time getting my issue fixed. He’s just another example of your wonderful work force. Broke a spring on a 20 year door at 7:00pm on a Friday night. Called Precision and they came out at 8:00am on Saturday morning! Replaced all moving parts at a very reasonable rate. Set appointment for a Maintenance service call. The tech Lyle, recommended we replace the rollers and pins, as they were rusted. He also replace the bottom panel where the rubber piece, breaks down over time. Our door is 22 years old. Very reliable company. Lyle communicated well, on time and very professional. Our garage door opens smoothly, much quieter now. We are very pleased with the service that Precision provided. Highly recommend everyone has a maintenance done every 5-7 years, much a huge difference in the daily performance.

We needed our garage doors serviced and inspected due to some operating problems. Made appointment online and the process started. Communication was very good. Our tech, Jay, called to let us know he was running late but was on his way. Did great job inspecting & repairing our doors. He also educated me while he was doing his inspection and repairs so I am better equipped to do routine maintenance. Repairs are covered by warranty. Highly recommend them. You get what you pay for. Quality of work, parts, and reputation of the company matter if you should ever need them again. Pros from start to finish.

This will be 1 of 3 reviews- Our sales experience was exceptional. Initally we requested a quote to repair a 60 year old garage door. Unforunatley, the parts are no longer available. The salesman, Printes Creasy, was very knowledgeable regarding Precisions products. He thoroughly went over all the options from the low end to high end and was able to email all quotes while on site. No high pressure sales push to buy that day. Printes told us if or when we made our decision to contact him and he would come back for final measurements. We did some research and finally decided on the one to purchase. We contacted Prentice, he came measured and explained all the fine details of the sale, and gave us an approximate timeline for installation. Prentice is very respectful, calls ahead regarding his arrival time, and is great at communicating. 5 stars for sales! The 2nd review will be regarding installation process and quality of product.
