I have had extremely good luck and I’m very happy with my precision garage doors. The keyless and wireless keypad has started going on the blink after all several years of use and so I called precision today. They literally had a technician out there within three hours to replace the keypad. Josh, the technician, has been to my home before and has been nothing but absolutely fantastic. He has Massive knowledge about the product and immediately knew what I needed. I truly do like this company and their service. Keep up the good work!

I chose Precision Door Service because I had seen the vans around town. I googled to find a garage door repair place and Precision came up. The reviews were good, so I decided to call. The tech called to let me know he was running late and then called when he was on his way. I appreciate that. He suggested an upgrade to some parts but didn’t push the issue. A repair I thought wold be expensive was repaired with only a minor adjustment. Overall very pleased with the tech and the service.

I called in the morning to see about getting a service man to fix my garage door opener. Amazingly I was given an appointment of noon to 2:00 on the same day that I called. Josh arrived about 12:15 and quickly fixed my problem and lubricated both of garage door systems. Most Impressive service.

Wow I just had a great service tech come to my house. I hired a handyman last month and one of things I needed done was a door adjustment .today I went to open door and would not open all the way. I called Precision Door and Jay the service tech came to my house. He had been working all day and got to the house around 6:30 pm. He was a delight to talk with and knew immediately what was wrong. The adjustment made by handyman was incorrect and I n no time Jay had fixed!!! What a sset to his companyJay serves a pat on the back!!! Great job!!!

This is the second time we have used Precision for an issue with our garage doors. Our problem this time was that it simply wouldn't close. Robert Barnett came out to take a look; immediately found what the problem was and offered us two solutions. Based on what we told him, he recommended the lower cost solution! Brandon @ Precision was professional and efficient concerning explaining and pointing out the failure points and what and how he was going to do to provide a solution. Price for the repair was reasonable, and repairs were made in a very timely manner. The garage door operation is more quiet and opens and closes much smoother than when it was brand new.
