Garrett, the Service Rep, who answered our call was great. He was very professional and worked us in at the end of the day - in VERY COLD temperatures - with no complaints. We were extremely grateful for his willingness to stay until finished. My only request would be for someone to stop by one day at their convenience to help set up the app on my phone to operate the door, if possible?

My garage door was noisy and struggling to open. The counterbalance was off. Landon Baker quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the counterbalance/springs for both of my garage doors and now they open and close smoothly and quietly.

Great service. Had Saturday hours which was VERY helpful as getting in and out of our house without the garage door is difficult (as our system was broke). Aaron was great to work with— helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and explained things well. He did a great job repairing our garage door putting in a new system, and was great explaining things along the way how long it would take and what the manufacturer warranty was and such. Shane, who installed the door, worked quickly and efficiently taking out the old and installed the new in about two hours. We needed our garage doors serviced and inspected due to some operating problems. Made appointment online and the process started. Communication was very good. Our tech, Jay, called to let us know he was running late but was on his way. Did great job inspecting & repairing our doors. He also educated me while he was doing his inspection and repairs so I am better equipped to do routine maintenance. Repairs are covered by warranty. Highly recommend them. You get what you pay for. Quality of work, parts, and reputation of the company matter if you should ever need them again. Pros from start to finish.

This will be 1 of 3 reviews- Our sales experience was exceptional. Initally we requested a quote to repair a 60 year old garage door. Unforunatley, the parts are no longer available. The salesman, Printes Creasy, was very knowledgeable regarding Precisions products. He thoroughly went over all the options from the low end to high end and was able to email all quotes while on site. No high pressure sales push to buy that day. Printes told us if or when we made our decision to contact him and he would come back for final measurements. We did some research and finally decided on the one to purchase. We contacted Prentice, he came measured and explained all the fine details of the sale, and gave us an approximate timeline for installation. Prentice is very respectful, calls ahead regarding his arrival time, and is great at communicating. 5 stars for sales! The 2nd review will be regarding installation process and quality of product.

I called to set an appointment and talked to a very helpful person who set up the appointment for the next day. Brandon W came (right on time) to Hendersonville and we discussed all of our options. Brandon never tried to "sell" anything and offered good alternatives. We set up the install for later in the week. He was on time once again. He completed the job timely and efficiently. Very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Garage spring snapped in half. Called Precision the next day and they had a tech out within a couple hours. Lyle the tech got here and said well yep you need a new spring and since the part was bought from and installed by us it's under our lifetime warranty and will be fixed free of charge! New spring was installed in less than an hour! We will always use Precision for our garage door needs! Thank you!

The work was great and the installation went really well. Not really happy about the price. The estimate came in $150 more that other bids for the same type of springs and other work that needed to be done. We appreciate you bringing the cost down a bit but still were higher than other companies. The Tech deserves a thumbs up!

The entire process of our garage door repair was handled professionally and efficiently. We received reminders and updates of our appointment. Lyle Rowan was the technician and he did an excellent job. There were several components that had to be replaced and the garage door is now working like new.
