I have been using Precision for about 15 years. The installed a new door, opener and track system and have maintained the system since it was installed. We perform an annual maintenance which I believe provided high quality performance. On this call Brandon identified failing springs that were replaced prior to causing a more serious problem. We needed our garage doors serviced and inspected due to some operating problems. Made appointment online and the process started. Communication was very good. Our tech, Jay, called to let us know he was running late but was on his way. Did great job inspecting & repairing our doors. He also educated me while he was doing his inspection and repairs so I am better equipped to do routine maintenance. Repairs are covered by warranty. Highly recommend them. You get what you pay for. Quality of work, parts, and reputation of the company matter if you should ever need them again. Pros from start to finish.

This will be 1 of 3 reviews- Our sales experience was exceptional. Initally we requested a quote to repair a 60 year old garage door. Unforunatley, the parts are no longer available. The salesman, Printes Creasy, was very knowledgeable regarding Precisions products. He thoroughly went over all the options from the low end to high end and was able to email all quotes while on site. No high pressure sales push to buy that day. Printes told us if or when we made our decision to contact him and he would come back for final measurements. We did some research and finally decided on the one to purchase. We contacted Prentice, he came measured and explained all the fine details of the sale, and gave us an approximate timeline for installation. Prentice is very respectful, calls ahead regarding his arrival time, and is great at communicating. 5 stars for sales! The 2nd review will be regarding installation process and quality of product.

I called to set an appointment and talked to a very helpful person who set up the appointment for the next day. Brandon W came (right on time) to Hendersonville and we discussed all of our options. Brandon never tried to "sell" anything and offered good alternatives. We set up the install for later in the week. He was on time once again. He completed the job timely and efficiently. Very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Garage spring snapped in half. Called Precision the next day and they had a tech out within a couple hours. Lyle the tech got here and said well yep you need a new spring and since the part was bought from and installed by us it's under our lifetime warranty and will be fixed free of charge! New spring was installed in less than an hour! We will always use Precision for our garage door needs! Thank you!

The work was great and the installation went really well. Not really happy about the price. The estimate came in $150 more that other bids for the same type of springs and other work that needed to be done. We appreciate you bringing the cost down a bit but still were higher than other companies. The Tech deserves a thumbs up!

The entire process of our garage door repair was handled professionally and efficiently. We received reminders and updates of our appointment. This is the second time we have used Precision for an issue with our garage doors. Our problem this time was that it simply wouldn't close. Robert Barnett came out to take a look; immediately found what the problem was and offered us two solutions. Based on what we told him, he recommended the lower cost solution! We love our new garage door. Can't believe how quiet the door is when in motion. The entire process was great. I compared pricing and product with two other companies and Precision Door Service was by far the wisest choice. Dillon, in Sales came to our home twice; always courteous, professional and answered our many questions. Shane, who installed the door, worked quickly and efficiently taking out the old and installed the new in about two hours. The door itself is beautiful, insulated, adds light to our garage and beauty to our home. Did I mention quiet? We have an entire new garage door system that we'll enjoy for years.
