This is the second time we have used Precision for an issue with our garage doors. Our problem this time was that it simply wouldn't close. On Thursday May 26th our garage door opener went down. At first I thought I'd try to install it myself and go purchase one at Lowe's or Home Depot. I quickly found out that there were too many choices and I knew nothing about garage door openers let alone the time I wasted walking around stores. I called that evening scheduled an appointment. On May 27th between 11:00 and 1:00 they came out. Told me their thoughts as far as repairing or replacing. We decided to replace with a new unit as ours was 15 years old. An hour and a half later New garage door opener installed. Quieter better more options. Very happy I would definitely recommend to anyone. Our technician was very knowledgeable and nice as well. Thanks again.

Technician was polite and efficient. Unfortunately I did not accept his estimate for replacing garage door opening as I felt it was $100 to $150 more than I felt would have been a reasonable and fair price, considering brand and model # of opener and probably an hours labor to install

My garage door wouldn’t close properly and appeared to be on the verge of a serious problem. I searched for garage door repair and came across Precision. I received a call not 15 minutes after sending a request through the website and scheduled an appointment same day. William came out and fixed my door in less than 5 minutes. Two screws was all It took. He didn’t charge me a thing. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t write reviews. But William’s gesture compelled me to let anyone who needs help with their garage door know that Precision can be trusted. I can tell you they have my business from now on.

I purchase this opener about 3 1/5 - 3 yrs ago because my Son had the brand and you were the distributor in Nashville. The original installer was great. I have had an annual safety check and this time needed an additional remote for a new car. The service tech was great and I would highly recommend him. One problem, although I greatly appreciated the service I got, but unless there is an emergency with an opener, give the guys Sunday off. They need time with their families or you will lose good people. Just a note this is my opinion, nothing said by the Tech!

Precision Door Service came out and fixed the problem within a few hours of having a problem with he opener on a Sunday. I am very pleased with the service call. Thank you. However I am concerned we will have future problems with this specific opener based on manufacturers design. After seeing the components during the repair the part replaced today was a plastic piece that turns with a gear. The plastic piece wore down in less than a year and half. Again thank you for the quick response today and fix of the issue. I know I can at least count on your company.
