Technician was polite and efficient. Unfortunately I did not accept his estimate for replacing garage door opening as I felt it was $100 to $150 more than I felt would have been a reasonable and fair price, considering brand and model # of opener and probably an hours labor to install

I purchase this opener about 3 1/5 - 3 yrs ago because my Son had the brand and you were the distributor in Nashville. The original installer was great. I have had an annual safety check and this time needed an additional remote for a new car. The service tech was great and I would highly recommend him. One problem, although I greatly appreciated the service I got, but unless there is an emergency with an opener, give the guys Sunday off. They need time with their families or you will lose good people. Just a note this is my opinion, nothing said by the Tech!

Precision Door Service came out and fixed the problem within a few hours of having a problem with he opener on a Sunday. I am very pleased with the service call. Thank you. However I am concerned we will have future problems with this specific opener based on manufacturers design. After seeing the components during the repair the part replaced today was a plastic piece that turns with a gear. The plastic piece wore down in less than a year and half. Again thank you for the quick response today and fix of the issue. I know I can at least count on your company.

I used a different company five years ago for a repair, so I called them last evening when my garage door was stuck open. After getting no answer, or voicemail, I found your website. The phone was answered quickly by a real person, and after we discussed my problem, I was given an appointment for first thing this morning. Jason Skillern arrived right on time, and was both professional and friendly. I had thought the motor had burned out after 21 years, but Jason pointed out that the carriage was hung up on a screw. Since another part of the carriage was damaged, I decided to have basically everything but the door and spring replaced due to its age. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, or buy the most expensive package. Jason complted the work in about an hour, and walked me through everything I neded to know. You can be sure that I will use your compan if I ever need help with the door or equipment

I was in a very bad situation because one of my 47 year old 1- piece garage doors had broken a weld and collapsed on that side and had jerked the track roller off on the other side leaving my truck trapped inside the garage . I called your company to ask for help . A very nice lady listened to my story and stated that she could send Jeremy Wessels to my home look at my broken door. Jeremy went above and beyond to help me raise the collapsed long enough for me to back my truck out of the garage. He did a very good good inspection and a great job helping me to pick out two new insulated garage doors. He also did a great job measuring and explaining every detail about the doors that I picked out he also gave me an estimate that explained every cost that was involved for two new doors and the total cost of those doors plus installation. I decided to go with your company mainly because Jeremy was so meticulous about doing a good job. He was even able to take my downpayment using a credit card. My original installation date was set for 11/08/2018. I was very exited that morning when I got a phone call from the person that had scheduled my installation stating that the door manufacturer had only shipped one of my doors and that he would have postpone my install. I accepted the explanation that I was given about this at first but the more I thought abut it the less sense it made to me . I wondered about why your company would schedule my install with out having my two doors in house. That worried me all of that day and I decided that I would call your customer service and ask to speak with Dan, the owner of the company and I was told that I could not speak with him or have his personal phone number. They finally agreed to have Dan give me a callback at my home number. I waited for about forty five minutes but Dan never called me. Instead I got a call from the person that had explained to me that morning that the door company had shipped only one of my doors. I asked this person why would schedule my install without having my two doors in house. He finally confessed that he had only ordered one of my doors to begin with and that he was too embarrassed to tell me that he had screwed up my door order by only ordering one door to begin with. I tried to explain to him that if he had told me the TRUTH about this in his first call to me that I would have accepted the fact that he had made an error. I do not abide people that lie to me and it made me wonder what else would he lie about to me or other customers of your company. Due to this persons lies I FINALLY had my two doors installed on 11/28/2018!! I would like to comment on my very great Lead Installer Brandon Christensen. He did an excellent job of installing my two new garage doors. Jeremy and Brandon are two of your most valuable employees and Dan should be very proud of the work that these two young men every day. I love my new garage doors, but I wish that I had not had to wait so long to get my installation done due to a dishonest employee of yours. I have always strived to honest in all of my business and personal dealings with all people. I guess that you will not post my review on your website but I had to be honest and explain my opinion. I hope that the person that lied to me has seen the error of not being honest to customers and that he will never be untruthful to anyone in the future. After being left high and dry with a car stuck in the garage by another company I called Precision. After a short and efficient call with the central dispatch David called me to tell me he was on the way. He got there, fixed my springs, gave me great info about both my doors and was done within a hour and a half from my initial call. He even changed a burned out light bulb for me in my garage! Amazing, everyone I know will hear about my experience!

The tech, Thomas Hoffman, arrived early (after calling to confirm that was okay) and was very professional. He was able to quickly assess the problems, walked me through a detailed review of the problems and provided options to correct them. Ended up ordering a new door for later installation but Thomas was able to get the old door operational until the new one can be installed.
