Customer reviews is why we chose Precision to evaluate our existing garage door that was struggling. Jay Skillern was the technician that came to our home. Jay was thorough and informative about how the existing door could be fixed. He was not pushy for a sale which I really appreciate. Thanks Jay! Thanks Precision!

I was disappointed in the salesman who showed up to give me a quote on my garage door. He was fast-talking and had a bit of an attitude with me. He asked me, "Do you want something cheap?" This was because I am wise with how money is spent in our home. I guess he assumed I wanted something cheap and not of good quality in order to get a decent deal on a door. His tone of voice was pushy, bossy, and hateful. He was your typical salesman -- the kind you don't want in your house. I got three different quotes from three different companies. Precision Garage Doors was, by far, the most expensive. I do not recommend this company.

Lyle R. was great, as I expected he would be. Friendly. Professional. Knowledgeable. I’ve used Precision Garage Door on multiple occasions in the past and will continue to do so. I made an online appointment on Friday and Lyle was here on Monday. I highly recommend Lyle and Precision Garage Door.

Words cannot express the superior professionalism you guys provided to us. From the initial phone call, to the instant quote, to the email confirmations, to the phone call from Lyle Rowen, to the expert service and repair, and to know who was coming to do the repair from his sending us his bio, to the great final price, Precision Garage Door Service is by far the best company, vendor i have ever delt with. Our expectations were high and Lyle met those expectations. I would recommend Precision to anyone that has a garage door repair. If there was a (10) star rating, that's what i would give you all. Thanks again.

Precision Garage Doors of Nashville offers 24/7 service. Upon my first service request, they were at my house the next day. The military veteran Tony S. was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was fully prepared and proceeded to resolve all the issues with the garage door. He explained the process as he did the work. It was a great service experience.

I sent an online request today, I got a call and scheduled a time. Jonathan was early and able to replace my opener and repair the other items in less than 2 hours! Fantastic work, he explained everything during the inspection as well as after the installation on how to use the system and set up the keypad! Awesomeness!

Our house was listed and on the market. Our garage door broke on Saturday. I called & they came out on Monday to measured. On Wednesday, Jerod replaced the door & informed me the opener was also faulty. Jonathon arrived the same day and installed the new opener. Looks great & works great. Awesome service *****.

Thank you so much for excellent service. Not too often these days that you find a company that has employees with a great work ethic and gives it their all. William let me know that he was on his way to my place, showed up on time, and installed my new opener after finding out the one I had was about 25 years old. No pressure at all, just gave me the options, and let me choose. Installation of the whole system took less than 30 minutes. Everything was handled in a professional manner. Thank you William Etheridge for fixing my opener. Great service, very fair prices, and reliable.

I am very pleased with the service performed on my garage door opener. Lyle Rowen called and came early for the appointment. He was courteous and explained the repair completely. The options and costs were given with no pressure. He finished the repair quicker than he thought also. I will use Precision if I need another garage door repair.

After another company failed to show up on a Saturday afternoon I called Precision Door on Saturday evening to see if they could help me out. They set an appointment for the very next day. Then come Sunday morning the service person actually called in advance of the appointment to say they were running ahead and asked if they could arrive early. They offered straightforward and honest pricing and did not pressure me into paying for something I did not want. The work was performed efficiently and professionally. My only complaint with the experience is that I didn't call Precision Door in the first place. Thanks to the Precision Door team for respecting my time and helping me get this door fixed quickly and professionally.

On the day after Thanksgiving, my husband installed new sensors for our garage door. While we were testing the door to make sure the sensors worked our garage door jumped track and was completely lopsided. It was almost 5 p.m. and I was unsuccessful in finding anyone to fix it until I found Precision's listing in the phone book. They answered immediately and when I explained that our garage was full of a lot of our things (we were preparing the house to be listed for sale) and it was where our dog slept, she realized we had a need for an emergency repair. The technician showed up as promised and was very professional and courteous and we did not feel like we were being gouged. We would definitely use them again, if needed.
