We contacted Precision after a lightning strike took out one of our garage door openers. Jay got us on the schedule quickly. He was super friendly, great with my inquisitive 9-year-old, and explained everything thoroughly, including showing us where a spring that was replaced by another company last year was already broken. Two neighbors used Precision and highly recommended. They came out the day I called, they offered same-day service, and sent Jay who must be one of their best! Knowledgeable, professional, personable, clear, efficient. He detailed my options and we discussed the best choice for me. Jay replaced two failed springs with upgraded ones which should last me years. I may call back to have the rollers (wheels?) replaced because the ones Jay showed me look really nice…like roller blade wheels. I’m sure they would allow for the door to glide more easily and quietly. I didn’t want to pay for that upgrade this time. I will definitely call Precision in the future!
