One of our springs broke while I was out of town. Precision came highly recommended by a friend. I filled out their form online and was able to book an appointment for the next day. The service manager arrived on time and in company-branded clothes and a company truck. He assessed the situation, explained the root cause, and then patiently explained my options. He completed the repairs quickly and with careful attention to detail. I'm impressed and will be calling Precision again.

Customer reviews is why we chose Precision to evaluate our existing garage door that was struggling. Jay Skillern was the technician that came to our home. Jay was thorough and informative about how the existing door could be fixed. He was not pushy for a sale which I really appreciate. Thanks Jay! Thanks Precision!

I chose Precision because I purchased my garage door openers from Precision. Mr. Jay Skillern was exceptional. He exceeded our expectations. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and timely. He answered all our questions, explained thoroughly what our problem was with both doors and fixed them in a few minutes. He blessed us tremendously. I highly recommend Precision because of the quick response, emailing a picture of the technician and when he was on the way. I have read many good recommendations for Precision Garage Door on Nextdoor, so when I accidentally backed into my garage door due to a garage door malfunction, I decided to give them a call. Customer service was very nice and made an appointment that same day. Jason Skillern came when he said he would and fixed the door and installed a new garage door opener. Excellent service!

Jay was great. Fast, friendly, and helpful. Even though this job cost more than I wanted it to, he did a great job explaining to me why each line item was needed and didn’t push when I turned down items that I didn’t feel like doing right now.

Precision Door Service made it easy to schedule my garage door repair. Garage door spring broke between 7 - 8 AM this morning and I was able to schedule my appointment between 10 AM - 12 PM the same day. The technician (Jay Skillern) was great and made the process easy. He had my garage door fixed before 2 PM that afternoon. I will use Precision for any future garage repair needs.
