Preston Waddell was our tech today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. Because of the age and condition of our door, we wound up ordering a new door (From Precision, of course). Until the new door arrives, Preston got our old door up and running again to our satisfaction. And while only a temporary fix for now, our old door is again usable and serviceable until our new Precision door can be installed.

After some scheduling and communication mix ups we ended up going with Precision Door ..Kendrick showed up and did a fantastic job replacing 2 springs..Super friendly and personable. Great attitude and clearly committed to customer service..A few traits that the trades seem to lack these days.. With that being said, whoever Kendrick's boss is, should applaud him and possibly even give that guy a bonus or something..Well earned & EXACTLY the type of guy you need representing your company! The service was absolutely fabulous. Tony was very polite, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, And explained everything in detail so I could decide exactly what type of new door and automatic door opener I needed. He gave me all of the information, without trying to immediately sell me the top-of-the-line. He explained the differences, what the process would be, what the timelines are expected to be. I could not have asked for a better representative of your company. I used precision 12 years ago, and had the same level of customer service. You don’t find that much consistency with a lot of companies. You get my vote!

Jay did an amazing job of explaining the pros and cons of all the recommendations. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. My wife felt very comfortable around him. We called to have the motor repaired but it made more sense with its age to just replace it. We have only called Precision for our garage door needs since we bought this house in 2007.

The technician was prompt and professional. Apparently, the problem I was having with not being able to remotely open and close the garage door was with the battery on the key pad. I was charged $65.00 service charge for replacing the battery ( which I supplied), and for him to lubricate the rollers. He also tightened wall panel ( I provided the wall anchor and the screw). I could have been given at least the military discount ( for which I qualified).

My appointment was between 4 and 6. The technician Josh called and was here at 2:30.He explained everything that needed repaired and why.
