Once again, I can not praise Precision enough. I was able to obtain an appointment that was convenient to me, the technician was right on time as promised and my problem was diagnosed and addressed correctly. Brad explained not only the problem but the steps to take in the future. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs!

Had a spring bust on our garage door. Did a little research and decided on Precision for the numerous positive reviews and plus there was a discount for teachers, which my wife is. The next evening they had a technician, Lyle, at my house. He arrived as I was pulling in to my driveway, right on time. He was efficient, professional, and thorough when explaining my options. Afterwards he showed me exactly what was done and explained everything. From start to finish, it was right around an hour. Very happy with my choice!

Our spring broke on a Sunday night. I called Precision and reached a person immediately. They offered to send someone out, but Monday morning worked better for me. They said a technician would arrive between 8am and 11am. He called at 8:15 and was at my house before 8:45. Our technician, Thomas, was amazing. He was patient with our dog, he was knowledgeable and efficient, he clearly explained what needed to be fixed, and he offered options to meet our price-range. He estimated the work would be done by 10:30am. We went out to check at 10:25 and he was just cleaning up. I *REALLY* appreciated Thomas and his service. He was easy to trust and did a great job repairing our door.

Mr. Mike Williams was my kind of service guy! He was prompt, courteous, and very friendly. I especially enjoyed his testimonies of conversion. It was very refreshing to learn that he was a Christian. The guys that came out, call within a timely manner before appointment, arriver at the time agreed upon. Quick and knowledgeable about the repair they were working on, and informative about other things regarding the garage door and it's maintenance. I would call again or recommend OGPDS to others.

WOW, Amazing service!! I called and got someone out to consult within hours. The options were explained in detail and the garage door was fixed within 2 hours from that consult. The technician was courteous, patient and explained every step. I will never use another door service provider.

Mr Thomas came before my appointment time and got the job done in a timely fashion. He is awesome and gave some helpful advice on preventative maintenance that I never even thought about doing. I will definitely be adding Mr Hoffman to my yearly maintenance to do list! Garage door is back up and working fine! Across the board 5 Star rating! From my first phone call asking for help, the whole experience was First Class!!! The service guy could have ripped me off, for I was anxious to get the door fixed. My new tenant was moving in the same day. Instead of taking advantage of me the representative was honest and I only had too pay for the service call. I felt blessed and relieved! Nice to know there are companies out there still doing honest business!
