Our garage door wasn’t opening, the error message indicated the sensor was blocked. There was nothing visible so I called Precision Door. They sent out a technician the next day. Our technician was Kendrick, he arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He was able to resolve our issue and everything works great. All of my expectations were met. I have used Precision since 2010 and have always been completely satisfied with the work they did. The technician who came today, Jason, was outstanding. He was on time (matter of fact, finished the job before my appt. sooner than expected and he was able to come earlier than scheduled), courteous and knowledgeable. Very professional and very helpful. Precision Garage Door of Nashville installed a new garage door for us today. From beginning to end the experience with this company was outstanding. The on-site estimator came out to our home the same week we contacted the company. He was on time, listened to what we wanted, and found exactly the solution we were looking for. The price was a good bit less than a highly-advertised competing firm we had also received a quote from. The delivery and install today was well within the time-window estimated at the start of the process. The two gentlemen (locals; English was their native language) who did the install were professional in every way. As far as we can tell the installation and quality of the product are excellent. The door is exactly what we ordered.

Preston from Precision came out to help us program our new remote. During his visit, we found out that the keypad also needed replacing. Before Preston left, he quoted us for future repairs that will be needed down the road. Preston was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient with his work.
