I wish all businesses were like Precision Services. Wilkes Davis is the most professional technician I ever met and I've met a lot of them. He absolutely takes pride in his work and Precision Garage Door Services should be very happy Wilkes is on their team. I'm just saying... There aren't very many like him. Anyway, I'm very happy with this company because this is my first time having to reach out to them since the auto garage door opener was installed. I wasn't even sure they were the ones that installed it but I'm happy with the service and EVERYONE that I spoke to concerning my garage door opener.

Precision does all of my garage door work. They are a great company to use! Today I only needed the bottom seal changed on my door and I asked them to make sure everything was in good shape and working. The tech was courteous and efficient, and completed the inspection and repair quickly. The job was priced up front and there was no pressure to buy anything additional. That he had a great sense of humor was an A+ for me. Very nice service!

Appears that a lightning strike near our house and apparently knocked out our garage door opener last week. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service a day later after attempting to figure out what the problem was with the garage door opener. Garrett Wright with Precision showed up early the next day and confirmed that the door opener was indeed in need of replacement. Very nice young man, he went to work installing the replacement opener, finished in no time. I would fully recommend Precision Garage Door Service for and garage door or opener repairs or installation.

Very prompt service for a jammed garage door chain/trolley assembly. Wilkes was very pleasant and explained all our options for the repair. We knew our garage door was old so when the ice storm hit and we lost power and tried to open it manually. The chain came off. It was so easy to book an appointment online that fit my schedule. The very next day Wilkes, the Technician came out and performed his job like a pro. We did not think our old opener could be repaired and as it turns out, we did need a new one. Wilkes had it completed in just over an hour. I appreciated his honestly and friendliness. If we ever need anything for one of our other garage doors we will definitely be calling Precision and asking for Wilkes again.
