Love Precision, they are prompt, informative , Send photos of the technician so you know who is coming to the door. They don't subcontract so their work is done by them and not someone else. This company is the best!! My garage door broke at 4:00 on Saturday afternoon with my car in it, and I had to get to work later that evening. The gentleman at the call center was so helpful and he found a serviceman who was actually on his way home but was willing to come to my house and assess what could be done. Garrett Wright was there within an hour and was able to repair it, replacing the entire spring assembly in less than 90 minutes!! I have also posted this on my subdivision's Facebook page so everyone knows how incredible this company is. Thank you all for your great service!!

I bought a house that had a nonfunctioning garage door keypad as well as a non-functioning wall-mounted opener inside. The remote I had been given worked when it felt like it. A friend recommended Precision Garage Door, and when I called, they were able to give me an appointment for the next day! Sam with Precision was punctual, courteous and quite competent. He solved all of the problems I had with the garage door and the openers in under an hour for a reasonable amount. I was quite pleased.

The technician was courteous, called me and asked to come early if convenient (it was!), and very efficient. He was a nice man, told me of various issues and how he could repair them with my ok. Work was excellent, he explained how to set up the entry pad and program it which I did at his direction, replaced parts I didn't know were wearing until he pointed them out.
