I had a garage door programming crisis this morning. I called Precision and Jack Hodges was here within 2 hours. He solved my immediate problems quickly and professionally and then assessed some future possible failure points with the door and made good recommendations for future repairs to avoid costly failure and unplanned downtime. Jack was very friendly, professional, and efficient.

Our home is now 10 years old, both garage doors had never been serviced and were incredibly loud. Precision came out to do an inspection and gave us several estimates of differing levels of service and part replacements. We chose the service and they were able to perform on the spot in a short time. Their technician (Wilkes) was very professional in explaining the work to be done and performing the job. We couldn't be more pleased with the results!

Precision was great! They were able to send someone out quickly on a Sunday and our tech Jonathan was excellent! He offered a quick and affordable solution and even went above and beyond to fix a problem that was installed by the previous homeowner. He went and picked up the needed piece to complete the project and had it done within a few hours. He made a stressful situation much less stressful!

I was having trouble closing my garage door, so when I received a discount coupon in the mail from this company I used it to have someone look at my garage. An employee named Wilkes arrived today and solved my door closing problem. He also pointed out some other probable future problems that I was glad to be aware of. He was professional and nice and did a good job for me.

Great company and a great installer! Wilkes did a fantastic job of explaining our garage door opener choices, since our older model was broken. He installed a new device, demonstrated features, and even paired our cars to the new opener. We appreciate your expertise and great conversation. Thanks!
