The technician was courteous, called me and asked to come early if convenient (it was!), and very efficient. He was a nice man, told me of various issues and how he could repair them with my ok. Work was excellent, he explained how to set up the entry pad and program it which I did at his direction, replaced parts I didn't know were wearing until he pointed them out. I am a repeat customer. Today's problem had to do with the garage door not closing with my remote. I went through my normal checks to be sure there was no debris on my sensors but the problem persisted. Jason observed the door closing and saw the problem right away. He corrected the misalignment of my sensor and the problem was fixed. Jason also pointed out some things to watch for due to the age of my doors and gave me a quote so I would know about how much the cost would be. A neighbor saw the Precision truck in my driveway and came to ask for a card because she had good success with their service in the past, but could not remember the company name. She recognized the logo and Jason was happy to provide her with his company contact card. That speaks to the reputation of this company.
