When calling Precision we expected a technician to be able to come in a few days. We were delighted to have Preston Waddell arrive the same day. He evaluated our needs and discussed the options available to resolve the problem. We purchased a new garage door opener and keypad replacing the ones we had used for more than 25 years. Preston was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He certainly represents your company well. I called this morning because the garage door wouldn't work. An appt was available this afternoon. Preston came and diagnosed the problems, explained what was needed to fix the door. He worked in the very hot garage for about 1 1/2 hrs. The temp was 102 degrees. He was so personable, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, & got the job done. I am very grateful to Precision Garage Door for the same day service the & excellent technician. He was very courteous, professional & efficient. Thank you.

I see your trucks in my neighborhood all the time and your advertisement in the Bellevue Clipper. My tech Lyle was excellent. Walked me through options as my garage door and opener from 2002. I needed a few things I hadn’t counted on but very happy with end results. Lyle explained how what I needed worked and point out the wear and tear on my parts. Couldn’t be more pleased. Our garage door stopped working. I called to schedule an appointment. The technician Jack was professional, knowledgeable and helpful! After he did some testing of our equipment, he recommended several solutions to resolve the issue and explained the pros/cons. We chose the solution and he quickly made the necessary repairs. We were in a bind last night when a snake got trapped in a could and it cause the door to come off track and broke numerous parts. Precision got us a quick appointment for the morning. My garage door broke one day and I was not sure how safe it was for me to repair, as I know the counter-tension springs can be an issue. John came out and looked the door over, pointing out that it was in fact my counter-tension spring that had failed but also took the time to show me which parts were in good shape and which could use replacing. So we made a list and John had everything working again in about an hour. He was knowledgeable, took the time to show and explain everything to me so I understood, and he helped me figure out the best product selections that fit my budget. 5 STARS! Thank you John!

Preston Waddell was our tech today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. Because of the age and condition of our door, we wound up ordering a new door (From Precision, of course). Until the new door arrives, Preston got our old door up and running again to our satisfaction. And while only a temporary fix for now, our old door is again usable and serviceable until our new Precision door can be installed.

The person answering my call was pleasant and efficient. She scheduled a service call for the very next day.
