Preston Waddell was our tech today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. Because of the age and condition of our door, we wound up ordering a new door (From Precision, of course). Until the new door arrives, Preston got our old door up and running again to our satisfaction. And while only a temporary fix for now, our old door is again usable and serviceable until our new Precision door can be installed.

My garage opener was originally installed by Precision years ago, so, when a problem occurred with closing the garage door on July 4th, I called the 24 hr number. The person answering my call was pleasant and efficient. She scheduled a service call for the very next day. Preston, the technician, kept me informed of his arrival time, explained everything he did, and completed his work quickly. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

First time using Precision Door. Called them in a pinch as my torsion spring broke in the morning. They were able to come by same-day and repair. After some scheduling and communication mix ups we ended up going with Precision Door ..Kendrick showed up and did a fantastic job replacing 2 springs..Super friendly and personable. Great attitude and clearly committed to customer service..A few traits that the trades seem to lack these days.. With that being said, whoever Kendrick's boss is, should applaud him and possibly even give that guy a bonus or something..Well earned & EXACTLY the type of guy you need representing your company! Preston Waddell came to my house to replace springs and a new belt drive operator. I can't say enough about the expertise and workmanship. He even trimmed the emergency pull cord and burned the end of the nylon cord so it wouldn't fray in the future. I will always ask for him if more service is ever needed, he is the true definition of a professional. Thank you, Preston.

I called from an ad, and arranged a service call. I was surprised to get one the next day. The tech that came was courteous and professional. He examined my doors and then presented the repair options. Once i approved the repair, they quickly and efficiently replaced the parts, and tuned up all the functions of both doors. This was a great service experience.

My garage door broke one day and I was not sure how safe it was for me to repair, as I know the counter-tension springs can be an issue. John came out and looked the door over, pointing out that it was in fact my counter-tension spring that had failed but also took the time to show me which parts were in good shape and which could use replacing. So we made a list and John had everything working again in about an hour. He was knowledgeable, took the time to show and explain everything to me so I understood, and he helped me figure out the best product selections that fit my budget. 5 STARS! Thank you John!
