Asking me to do a review - that is hilarious! You did not send a serviceman to my house, you sent a salesman! And I kicked him out. 5 estimates ranging from $3200, I think, to $1200. I had my spring replaced by someone else the next day for $285.00 - and when they saw that my guide-wires were a little “elderly,” they threw those in for free. Please quit advertising that you are a military friendly company when you are simply trying to do a massive upscale on EVERYTHING!

I appreciate the fact that you do not charge extra on weekends. I called around 1 PM on a Sunday. Someone was here by 2 PM when they said they would be. Door was fixed by 3 PM. Knowledgeable fellow who showed me how to replace the batteries in the outside garage opener and told me that it was easy for the AAA batteries to get corroded.

He diagnosed and explained the problem clearly, offered three different options and explained the differences, and did not try to talk me into one or the other. I wish all businesses were like Precision Services. Wilkes Davis is the most professional technician I ever met and I've met a lot of them. He absolutely takes pride in his work and Precision Garage Door Services should be very happy Wilkes is on their team. I'm just saying... There aren't very many like him. Anyway, I'm very happy with this company because this is my first time having to reach out to them since the auto garage door opener was installed. I wasn't even sure they were the ones that installed it but I'm happy with the service and EVERYONE that I spoke to concerning my garage door opener.

Precision does all of my garage door work. They are a great company to use! Today I only needed the bottom seal changed on my door and I asked them to make sure everything was in good shape and working. The tech was courteous and efficient, and completed the inspection and repair quickly. The job was priced up front and there was no pressure to buy anything additional. That he had a great sense of humor was an A+ for me. Very nice service!

Appears that a lightning strike near our house and apparently knocked out our garage door opener last week. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service a day later after attempting to figure out what the problem was with the garage door opener. Garrett Wright with Precision showed up early the next day and confirmed that the door opener was indeed in need of replacement. Very nice young man, he went to work installing the replacement opener, finished in no time. I would fully recommend Precision Garage Door Service for and garage door or opener repairs or installation.
