From the first inquiry phone call to a technician showing up was less than two hours. Upon arriving, Jonathan began asking what issues we were experiencing. He listened and provided information as to why the issues were occurring; then gave an overview of the products available to resolve our issues. Once selected, it took Jonathan less than an hour and half to remove the old system and a new one completely installed and programmed. This included the hardware and motor, belt drive, door opener, key pad and two handheld remotes. It also included Jonathan reviewing the functions of the system and us testing them out. Jonathan was very professional in his conversations with us and did the installation in a very professional manner. There was no sales pressure, just facts…and I appreciated that. I would not hesitate to call Precision for a quote nor hesitate to have them on my property. Excellent experience.

I purchased my two cars garage door from Precision Garage door of Nashville in 2012, it is an insulated garage door. the door is still in great shape and works very well, it is smooth and real quite. I had to replace the spring once and had recently a noise in the door. I called Precision yesterday and the Technician came in this morning. He took him a couple of minutes to see the problem and corrected it right away. I am very pleased of the services provided by Precision Garage Door of Nashville. They are prompt to respond to your call and take care of your problems quickly. They are very professional; and do a great job. Kendrick came out and gave a thorough inspection of garage opener, hinges, rollers, springs, and bottom seal. He went over everything he did with me (more than just mentioned here), and made recommendations on replacement of worn out parts. He gave me a price up front, did the work promptly and cleaned up. I had previously used Precision for a garage door problem. When I was having problems with my garage door opener this was the only company I contacted. Jack Hodges came out very quickly, determined the problem and gave several options to solve the problem. I was fortunate the part I needed was in stock. He arranged for another appointment the following day( Saturday) was at my house the following morning and repaired the garage door opener. I was extremely pleased with this company.

I had a problem with my door slamming down hard. I did not know who to call, so I read the reviews on your company and most of them were positive. When I called all my information was taken and within a couple of hours Kendrick the service technician showed up. This was the most positive individual I met. He was a very professional person and respectful. I explained the problem I was having and he explained what he was going to do to solve my issue. I found him to be very dedicated in his job. He repaired the problem and explained what happened. I most definitely will use your company in the future.

Tony arrived on time, talked me through his review of my garage doors and the adjustments he made to fix the problem. He completed some routine maintenance and ensured the doors were working properly. Tony was friendly, fast and effective!

My garage door failed, rendering it unusable. I was able to book an appointment on-line for the next day in the 10:00-Noon time frame, which pleasantly surprised me. I chose Precision GDS on the basis of their advertising and reviews with my fingers crossed, hoping for the best. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. At about 10:00 that next day, Kendrick Travis called to say he was about 40 minutes out, which proved to be an accurate estimate. We talked on the phone for a few minutes about the nature of the door failure, so Kendrick was already thinking ahead about the problem, which is exactly what I wanted him to do. What can I say? Kendrick was instantly likeable, not just friendly, he was affable and thoroughly competent. It took him a little over 2 hours to complete the repair. I rigorously tested the door after the repair and could find no issue with the repair so Kendrick left me in Happy Camper mode. I hope Precision GDS recognizes that Kendrick is the kind of employee that both you and I want on the job.
