Erin, the technician, was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He repaired my garage door very quickly and also mapped the opener to my car. He was very kind and knowledgeable. The service fee was very reasonable as well! I advised that I was thinking about replacing my garage door and he gave me the cost, on the spot. I had previously used Performance and was pleases with their workmanship. My garage door had been making loud noises and it stopped working this morning. I contacted the office and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. John the technician called and said he would be at my home within the hour and he arrived promptly. John met with my wife and I and explained the problems. He went over your options and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. We decided to go with a new opener. John installed the opener, explained the functions and installed the codes. I was extremely pleased with the courtesy extended by John and am pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door Service today.

Five Stars to John Lane. He communicated well, arrived ontime and quickly without hesitation diagnosed our old garage issues. He then recommended a couple of courses of action. We purchased a new opener and replaced rollers and seals. Install went quickly and in about an hour he was finished. He then thoroughly explained the operation of the unit. Payment was easy. I heartily recommend Precision Gargage Door Company and John Lane. They both were very professional, courteous and exceeded my expections. We selected Precision because of advertising in a local home improvement circular magazine. Thank you for your first class service.

John is a very qualified technician - and a nice guy as well. He explained all that was going on with my broken garage door and what it would take to get it working again. We also discussed the age of the door hardware and we did a detailed inspection. After careful consideration, I went ahead and asked for a rebuild of the hardware on the door, in addition to adding a second lift spring. The job only took about 90 minutes and the result was great.

Great job! The representative (Jack) came out in the ice and snow and gave me an estimate, explained what had caused the failure, and repairs needed. Also, gave great advice on how the door could have been set up better when the shop it is in was built. Very thorough and the door works better than it did when it was new.

From the first inquiry phone call to a technician showing up was less than two hours. Upon arriving, Jonathan began asking what issues we were experiencing. He listened and provided information as to why the issues were occurring; then gave an overview of the products available to resolve our issues. Once selected, it took Jonathan less than an hour and half to remove the old system and a new one completely installed and programmed. This included the hardware and motor, belt drive, door opener, key pad and two handheld remotes. It also included Jonathan reviewing the functions of the system and us testing them out. Jonathan was very professional in his conversations with us and did the installation in a very professional manner. There was no sales pressure, just facts…and I appreciated that. I would not hesitate to call Precision for a quote nor hesitate to have them on my property. Excellent experience.
