We were very satisfied with the service provided by Precision and their tech, Jonathan. He arrived on time for the appointment, and we received an email telling us he was on the way. The problem was quickly diagnosed. Although we needed a completely new system, we were happy he had the materials needed. We believed the price to be fair. After installation, Jonathan explained the operation completely. Would recommend.

Kendrick came out and gave a thorough inspection of garage opener, hinges, rollers, springs, and bottom seal. He went over everything he did with me (more than just mentioned here), and made recommendations on replacement of worn out parts. He gave me a price up front, did the work promptly and cleaned up. Everything running smooth and quiet! Kendrick was on time, professional, did great work, cleaned up, and reviewed everything done. He made sure I was 100% satisfied before payment. I would give Kendrick and Precision Door Service 10 Stars!

I had previously used Precision for a garage door problem. When I was having problems with my garage door opener this was the only company I contacted. Jack Hodges came out very quickly, determined the problem and gave several options to solve the problem. I was fortunate the part I needed was in stock. He arranged for another appointment the following day( Saturday) was at my house the following morning and repaired the garage door opener. I was extremely pleased with this company.

I had a problem with my door slamming down hard. I did not know who to call, so I read the reviews on your company and most of them were positive. When I called all my information was taken and within a couple of hours Kendrick the service technician showed up. This was the most positive individual I met. He was a very professional person and respectful. I explained the problem I was having and he explained what he was going to do to solve my issue. I found him to be very dedicated in his job. He repaired the problem and explained what happened. I most definitely will use your company in the future.

I called Precision because my garage door was not closing consistently and they had a technician come out the same day I called. Tony arrived on time, talked me through his review of my garage doors and the adjustments he made to fix the problem. He completed some routine maintenance and ensured the doors were working properly. Tony was friendly, fast and effective!

My garage door failed, rendering it unusable. I was able to book an appointment on-line for the next day in the 10:00-Noon time frame, which pleasantly surprised me. I chose Precision GDS on the basis of their advertising and reviews with my fingers crossed, hoping for the best. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. At about 10:00 that next day, Kendrick Travis called to say he was about 40 minutes out, which proved to be an accurate estimate. We talked on the phone for a few minutes about the nature of the door failure, so Kendrick was already thinking ahead about the problem, which is exactly what I wanted him to do. What can I say? Kendrick was instantly likeable, not just friendly, he was affable and thoroughly competent. It took him a little over 2 hours to complete the repair. I rigorously tested the door after the repair and could find no issue with the repair so Kendrick left me in Happy Camper mode. I hope Precision GDS recognizes that Kendrick is the kind of employee that both you and I want on the job.

Our garage door stopped opening. We reached out to Precision and they were able to come out the following day. Jason was very helpful and professional in identifying the problem and talking through the options to fix it and get the door back in good order. Extremely quick response to my request for service door was beginning to bind when putting up and coming down. The issue was quickly diagnosed by Jason, recommending the rollers be replaced as maintenance to keep the doors in peak operating condition. Performed the replacement quickly and thoroughly explained how to maintain the doors and keep them in peak condition. I had my garage doors installed in 2012, the quality of the doors and service is the best in the industry.
