My garage door failed, rendering it unusable. I was able to book an appointment on-line for the next day in the 10:00-Noon time frame, which pleasantly surprised me. I chose Precision GDS on the basis of their advertising and reviews with my fingers crossed, hoping for the best. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. At about 10:00 that next day, Kendrick Travis called to say he was about 40 minutes out, which proved to be an accurate estimate. We talked on the phone for a few minutes about the nature of the door failure, so Kendrick was already thinking ahead about the problem, which is exactly what I wanted him to do. What can I say? Kendrick was instantly likeable, not just friendly, he was affable and thoroughly competent. It took him a little over 2 hours to complete the repair. I rigorously tested the door after the repair and could find no issue with the repair so Kendrick left me in Happy Camper mode. I hope Precision GDS recognizes that Kendrick is the kind of employee that both you and I want on the job.

We purchased a home with a Precision Garage door opener installed. It was very quiet and the door movement was quite smooth. Preston did a fine job installing two more garage door openers. He was very efficient, courteous, and I would no hesitate to refer him to a friend.

I had the pleasure of having Kendrick as my technician for a keypad replacement. He was timely in his arrival and gave me ample notice prior to arriving. Not only did he replace and reset my keypad, he helped me with my garage door opener and performed a variety of safety checks on my garage door and motor. I’m looking forward to working with Precision and Kendrick on future upgrades / devices!

Our garage door stopped opening. We reached out to Precision and they were able to come out the following day. Jason was very helpful and professional in identifying the problem and talking through the options to fix it and get the door back in good order. He was able to fix the issue during the same visit and our door is operational again and in better shape than before. Very appreciative of the quick turnaround. Would recommend Jason and Precision for any garage door issues you may have.

Jack Hodges was exceptional!! If you had a 10 star rating he would qualify. Personable, qualified and explained everything. The garage doors no longer squeal going up and down. The doors are in good working order after lubricant was applied. Jack suggested a yearly checkup which is an excellent idea. I chose Precision Door because of your ad in "The Home Mag". The pictures in the ad are beautiful and effective. Many thanks for this experience.

In less than 24 hours after one of the springs broke on of my garage doors, the Precision Technician, Jason, had the door mechanisms replaced and working well! 5 Stars!!! This is the 2nd time we have used Precision. We love that they are very upfront about everything - They send you texts as updates and reminders - the service person calls prior to arrival. We have been very pleased with their professional conduct and quick response. We highly recommend their service. We were in need of electrical board replacement in both our garage door motors.
