I had the pleasure of having Kendrick as my technician for a keypad replacement. He was timely in his arrival and gave me ample notice prior to arriving. Not only did he replace and reset my keypad, he helped me with my garage door opener and performed a variety of safety checks on my garage door and motor. I’m looking forward to working with Precision and Kendrick on future upgrades / devices!

Our garage door stopped opening. We reached out to Precision and they were able to come out the following day. Jason was very helpful and professional in identifying the problem and talking through the options to fix it and get the door back in good order. He was able to fix the issue during the same visit and our door is operational again and in better shape than before. Very appreciative of the quick turnaround. Would recommend Jason and Precision for any garage door issues you may have.

Preston Waddell did an awesome job. very professional he asked me several questions as to what was going on. And then told me what the problem was and resolve the issue in a very timely manner. Jack Hodges was exceptional!! If you had a 10 star rating he would qualify. Personable, qualified and explained everything. The garage doors no longer squeal going up and down. The doors are in good working order after lubricant was applied. Jack suggested a yearly checkup which is an excellent idea. I chose Precision Door because of your ad in "The Home Mag". The pictures in the ad are beautiful and effective. Many thanks for this experience.

Called precision door in the evening my called was returned and service was scheduled in the morning the next day. The service tech Preston Waddell was very knowledge explained the problem and issue was repaired in record time. In less than 24 hours after one of the springs broke on of my garage doors, the Precision Technician, Jason, had the door mechanisms replaced and working well! He completed the work in less than an hour. He provided 5 options to correct the problem, giving us a choice. He was polite and professional inspite of arriving during a heavy storm.

5 Stars!!! This is the 2nd time we have used Precision. We love that they are very upfront about everything - They send you texts as updates and reminders - the service person calls prior to arrival. We have been very pleased with their professional conduct and quick response. We highly recommend their service. We were in need of electrical board replacement in both our garage door motors.

Garage door spring broke @ 0330 this morning as I was attempting to head to airport, go figure lol. I called precision door & was given an appt. Printes the installer called when he was on his way, 1000 am. He showed up on schedule & definitely knew his stuff, he made it look easy. Have been a long standing customer of Precision for several years. About 3 yrs ago I had them install new garage doors which I have been completely satisfied with. Had them out today as one of the doors would not go down due to the garage door opener not working and also scheduled a yrly inspection. Seems the wiring for the lft side on this door was loose. Jason rewired, did the inspection, lubricated and also recommended lubricating the hinges every 6 mos and showed me how to remove keypad cover to change out batteries. We have always had great service from this company and that was proven once again today. Jason was very professional and personable. Highly recommend this company
