First time using Precision Door. Called them in a pinch as my torsion spring broke in the morning. They were able to come by same-day and repair. Jack was a quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional technician. Hopefully won't have any more garage door issues but will use Precision in the event.

Robert Barnett was awesome. He took his time to look over the issues I was having with my garage door and remote. He offered options and allowed me to make a conscious decision without pressure. He was honest and upfront with his observation and I appreciate that. I will be in contact in the spring of 2023 to get an upgrade garage system.

I was very pleased with the service from Precision. They came recommended from two friends, and arrived promptly. Brandon was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable regarding my problem. He pretty much rebuilt one door with springs, cables, rollers, etc., and replaced the torsion spring on another. He didn't press me to replace that spring, but suggested due to its age, it would probably be wise to replace it as preventive maintenance. The price was not cheap, but I'm a believer in you get what you pay for. The lifetime warranty will hopefully take care of any problems in the future.

Had an emergency and called. Daniel came out that night got it working again. Did a great job. Seemed to know what he was doing. Door is working great. I would recommend this company to do the work needed. Some companies wanted to charge extra for coming out for my emergency, but Precision didn’t.
