Great Service! My garage spring broke and my door wouldn't open. I also had some binding hinges. I booked online and a technician came out the next day (Lyle). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had all of the parts (springs, hinges, etc.) in his truck to perform the work same day. Work was completed in less than 2 hours. What a great business model, especially if you are busy or don't have a lot of time to take off from work to be home for the repairs.

I was very pleased with the service from Precision. They came recommended from two friends, and arrived promptly. Brandon was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable regarding my problem. He pretty much rebuilt one door with springs, cables, rollers, etc., and replaced the torsion spring on another. He didn't press me to replace that spring, but suggested due to its age, it would probably be wise to replace it as preventive maintenance. The price was not cheap, but I'm a believer in you get what you pay for. The lifetime warranty will hopefully take care of any problems in the future.
