Texted in to these folks alerting them on my issue. They texted back promptly. The ease of use was amazing. Their tech, Sam, showed up promptly during the time window they provided and he immediately got to work. He was very polite and respectful. He just happened to be a VOL fan too which eased my anxiety. He fixed my door in about 15 minutes and was on his way. The pricing on this was extremely nice too.

These folks installed our Liftmaster garage door openers in 2021. There have been a couple of service calls since, and they always quickly schedule the service, arrive on time, diagnose and repair the problem in a timely manner, and are unfailingly polite and helpful. This current repair turned out not to be needed after all. They were nice enough not to charge a service call fee. Very pleased with this company for years.

I called on Thursday for a failed garage door. I was given an appointment for Friday afternoon between 4pm and 6pm. The technician, Sam Lankford, called me around 3pm to ask if he could come early. He got here in 20 min. and started to assess the situation. He had all the parts with him and proceeded to repair the track. Once he was done he adjusted everything. The door works now very quietly and seals nicely. Thank you Precision and technician Sam Lankford for a great job. Sam Taylor They also offer a discount to military and veterans.

Sam reviewed the issues he saw with my door opener and gave me three options of what I might do to either alleviate some of the problems or correct the problems. He answered all my questions and was very honest and up front with each one which allowed me to make a good decision and I am very happy with the results.

Had a spring break in half on our garage door. Precision was quick to come out the very next morning to assess our problem & give price to repair our issue. Sam went over everything & was very thorough. He also got the job done in a timely matter so I could still go to work rest of the day. Will use again in the future should we need services. Thank you

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this is an exception. Our technician Sam did an exemplary job. He was very prompt, personable and professional. He was up front about costs and totally reasonable. He replaced the bent track on my left garage door quickly and efficiently. I could not be more pleased with the service he provided. Bottom line: The garage door is fixed and there was no upselling! I’m also impressed with the communication and method that Precision uses to arrange and confirm appointments. I’m so glad I utilized this business & special kudos to Sam! I could not recommend Precision Door Service of Nashville more.

Precision installed our garage doors about three years ago and they have been working perfectly. I had a minor issue with the remote control on the opener and I called them. They came out the same day that I called and repaired the opener and it works like new once again. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs repair on their garage doors or even brand new garage doors. You will not regret it. Service after the sale is very important to me.
