I called on Thursday for a failed garage door. I was given an appointment for Friday afternoon between 4pm and 6pm. The technician, Sam Lankford, called me around 3pm to ask if he could come early. He got here in 20 min. and started to assess the situation. He had all the parts with him and proceeded to repair the track. Once he was done he adjusted everything. The door works now very quietly and seals nicely. Thank you Precision and technician Sam Lankford for a great job. Sam Taylor They also offer a discount to military and veterans.

Sam reviewed the issues he saw with my door opener and gave me three options of what I might do to either alleviate some of the problems or correct the problems. He answered all my questions and was very honest and up front with each one which allowed me to make a good decision and I am very happy with the results.

We needed a garage door repaired, so of course we called Precision, since they installed our doors & we had such an excellent experience at the time. Jon came out & was incredibly nice, smart & efficient & repaired the door I feared we may have to replace. Beforehand, I received an email with Jon's picture & "bio" so we would know who to expect. It was so easy to book an appointment online. The email & text communication is just great. Would give 6 stars if I could. Wonderful reputable company.

I had two complete garage door systems replaced in 2017 with insulated doors. The fit, and insulation is nearly perfect. I have them serviced every year, and they still operate very quietly. Jason Steele serviced my garage door systems today. He is a very polite, professional, young man who knows, and does his job very well. As were all the technicians who previously serviced my garage door systems. Thank you Dan.

Exceeded expectations! My spring broke in the afternoon, and they were available to come first thing the next morning. They were prompt, had all the tools/parts to repair it immediately, and left it even better than before. Our technician, Kendrick, was top notch. Very knowledgeable and very kind! Lastly, I really appreciated the email with our tech’s profile (his “about me”) - I knew exactly who was coming and it certainly made me feel more comfortable and our tech more personable! 10/10!

Garage door would not come down. Will discovered the safety eye was out of alignment and took care of it. He also noticed something about the cable and fixed it as well. Will was very friendly and knew this product well. Thanks Will.

The tension cable that assist the garage door in opening and closing had jumped off the cable drum. The technician that answered the call was able to get the door down and get the cable back on the drum without a great deal of difficulty. Precision had installed a new door spring and rollers about two years ago and honored the warranty without charging for a service call. I was very pleased with the service and speed of the service. I called about 6 PM, on a Friday and they were at my house at 11 AM on Saturday morning. I highly recommend this company.
