Outstanding! In a day and age where true customer service is a forgotten art, Precision Garage Doors and Garrett made me believe again. This was the worst possible time for our door to go down but Garrett was able to help us fit our budget AND make the door safer than it was before! Highly recommend them to anyone...oh, did I mention the next day service???

I like Precision Door Service because they are efficient and got my many problems solved quickly. I called around 11:30 am and before 3 pm they had came, replaced MANY components of my garage door and gone. Jonathan was very professional. He helped me get the fix that I needed at the time at a decent price that I could afford. Later on down the road, I will need more fixes and I definitely will call Precision Door Service.

Precision installed our garage door opener and I had to call in a repair as the door wasn’t closing all the way. The process of making an appointment was quick and easy, I knew exactly who was coming to my house and when they would be there (they are always on time). We are considering changing our existing solid garage door to a new roll-up style. I called to get an estimate and they set me up the same day in fact the technician came early. Daniel Dawson was very friendly and outgoing. He was extremely knowledgeable in giving me an estimate and offered several options. If we go forward with this project, I would put Precision first because of Daniel's attitude.

great communications, called and let me know 30 minutes ahead that they are coming. They did a great job to program the remote controller working correctly. Lubricated the garage door. Fixed rubber bottom as they saw that one piece is broken off. Very professional overall. Great job!

Had excellent experience with Premier Garage Doors and repair at my home (11/10/25). Technician Sam Lankford was very professional, did a thorough job explaining in detail what problems existed and repairs he recommended, answered my questions and was surprised at how quickly and efficiently he handled the repairs. Earlier this summer, had a poor experience with another company and now feel that the issues are solved and with good quality parts and service work. Door wouldn't open or close. Called the company who installed our garage door opener 2 months ago. The tech arrived and could not figure out why it wasn't working. On recommendation from a friend, we called Precision. Jonathan came same day (within a few hours) and looked at the door and new exactly what the problem was. He explained what was needed, showed us all the issues, gave us a quote. He performed all the repairs in about an hour, with the door working great. My very old garage door was not operating very safely. Precision installed my door back in 2008 so it was time for an overhaul. I called customer service and they responded immediately. Aaron Palarello was assigned as the technician. What a blessing! Aaron was so helpful and professional to this grandmother that needed a kind soul to explain what was needed. When I asked when he could come back and install it he told me give him two hours and it will be like a new door. I love the new silent opener and the updated features even I could understand.
