He said the springs needed to be replaced and suggested that due to the age of our opener, we may want to consider replacing. We took his advice, and he had it installed and set up for us in under 2 hours. Jonathan was very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend him as well as Precision!

My very old garage door was not operating very safely. Precision installed my door back in 2008 so it was time for an overhaul. I called customer service and they responded immediately. Aaron Palarello was assigned as the technician. What a blessing! Aaron was so helpful and professional to this grandmother that needed a kind soul to explain what was needed. When I asked when he could come back and install it he told me give him two hours and it will be like a new door. I love the new silent opener and the updated features even I could understand. Thank you Precision for a door that will last.
