Jonathan Lane arrived at our home within 2 hours of our calling for service. He said the springs needed to be replaced and suggested that due to the age of our opener, we may want to consider replacing. We took his advice, and he had it installed and set up for us in under 2 hours. Jonathan was very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend him as well as Precision!

Preston, my garage door tech, was fantastic. Super nice and helpful with a smile on his face. He was honest with me about the process of finding the problem and had to come out 2x to address the situation with the motor.
