My decision to contact Precision for my garage door issue was indeed the right decision. The gentleman who answered the phone at their place of business was very courteous, polite, friendly and professional. He listened as I explained in detail my situation, he then scheduled one of their trained technicians to come out to take a look at my garage door. I made the call on a Friday, The following Saturday morning, ( & another reason I’m glad I went with Precision, for working with my schedule!), my technician, Kendrick, arrived at the house at mid morning. Kendrick is a Hoot! We hit it off right away. After a few minutes of an enjoyable meet & greet, Kendrick got to work on garage door, & at one point, he explained to me while at the same showing me, what the problem was, & the method in which he used to correct it. He also gave garage door a several point inspection. Kendrick was personable, & professional. He was a joy to work with. Truly, it is comforting and assuring to know that a company like Precision Garage Doors is out there. You really do know what it is to treat people the same manner in which you want to be treated! I was totally pleased with the service I received. I phoned for service this morning and my garage door was fixed before mid-afternoon. Tony was a very personable, pleasant, and helpful person. Not only was the problem piece replaced, but he also lubricated the door, made some adjustments, and explained everything. He took a lot of time making sure everything was working properly. Furthermore, the cost was less than I had expected. Great service!

Jason replaced my garage door opener, added a fresh rubber bottom to the door, and pointed out an area of my garage door that had a weak attachment and replaced it with a new backet. He was so kind, and even helped me connect my vehicles to the new opener! I highly recommend Jason and Precision Garage Door Services.

I set my appt online, got a quick message back confirming the appt. Got a text with the tech's name (Preston Waddell in this case/ Great Guy!) his arrival time etc. Got another notification when he arrived. Really liked the communication. Really liked the tech also. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to check everything and worked with us on getting the repairs done that we needed. I would highly suggest asking for Preston if you need service for your garage door!

The technician was very polite and professional. He went over all the things that he thought should be addressed but understood I didn't want to pay for everything on his list due to budget constraints at this time. I was willing to only get the safety items at this time and have the door operable.

The motor for my garage door unexpectedly died right before I was about to go out of town. I called in the morning, and had a check to the house in the afternoon. We contacted Precision after a lightning strike took out one of our garage door openers. Jay got us on the schedule quickly. He was super friendly, great with my inquisitive 9-year-old, and explained everything thoroughly, including showing us where a spring that was replaced by another company last year was already broken. We had a lot of work done, but he finished it all same day and it works great!

I called this morning for an appointment for an issue with our keypad. I was very surprised and pleased that I was able to be seen today. Kendrick, the technician listened to all the issues, did diagnostic testing, and advised the best way to correct the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I am very pleased with the results. It was not our first time to use Precision for garage door issues. We will definitely call them in the future if we have issues.

Needed broken door repaired or replaced on a Saturday. Called 3 companies, all advertised Saturday service but Precision Door was the only one who was able to come that day. My car was “trapped” inside with door partially open. Kendrick Travis arrived around 2 pm, immediately got to work freeing my car and making sure the door was lowered securing the garage. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions while continuing to work on the door. After finishing that phase, he gave me a repair estimate then, after I asked, he gave me the replacement quote. He was professional but friendly throughout, never hesitating to answer questions and thereby gaining my confidence in his work and in your company. Thank you for sending Kendrick to my rescue!

Great Customer Service. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Called at 10 and the technician arrived by 1:00. New opener was installed in around an hour. They also have 24 hour coverage if needed. I highly recommend them for any garage door needs. They are very knowledgeable and respectful and the communication was great

Preston, my garage door tech, was fantastic. Super nice and helpful with a smile on his face. He was honest with me about the process of finding the problem and had to come out 2x to address the situation with the motor. We replaced the main board and are hoping this resolve the door opening and closing on it's own. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
