Jason arrived promptly on schedule. A spring had snapped on one side of my double door. The door is an older door & I advised him I was not interested in a door replacement at this time. He told me that he could not replace the springs the way the original one was done & explained how the new way would be done. I agreed that the new way was a better way & asked him to do the work. He completed the work in approximately an hour and the door is much quieter & operates smoother than before. Jason was very knowledgeable & efficient. Highly recommend the company & Jason!

I saw a sticker on the garage door ,but when the repair guy came he said that he don't work on Genie model, and just told me that the pulley teeth broke, so I need a new one, and call back when I can purchase a new one, and left, that was worth $65.00.

Mike Williams called me to say that he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, and fixed my door as promised. I called Precision on a Saturday and they had me up and running within 3 hours of my garage door breaking. Couldn't ask for better response and service, especially on such short notice. I've had Precision at my home now on at least 3 occasions (all different) and that's because they always respond quickly and their technicians have all been EXCELLENT. Mike Williams represents Precision very well, and so have the others who have made repairs in the past.

CJ knows his business inside and out. He did not try to repair panels on a 14 year old garage door at my daughter's home. He said that it would be much cheaper in the long run if whole door was replaced, and I agreed with him. Door will be ordered and then installed. Will give a review when the new door is installed. We were very pleased with the work done by Precision door. The door spring broke late Monday night and by Tuesday afternoon it had been fixed and works now better than ever. The new springs and pulley make the door go up and down more easily than ever. The repair man was really good and let me know what my options were. The price seemed kind of high, but after calling 2 other places, Precision had the best price also. 5 stars overall.

Once again Brandon Christensen outdid himself. Early for appointment, installed new garage door opener, and fully completed job in less than 2 hours. Brandon then went over the install with me and how to program two automobile remotes in cars. Brandon has a wonderful personality, and this is my second time using him for repairs.
