I received a coupon in the mail. When I read it I called and was happy with the person that took the call. Polite, asking questions as to what I needed. Made an appointment for someone to come to my house the next day. The Next day right on time I got a call from the repairman saying he was on his way to my house. When he got here he was very polite, took a look at the garage door and explained what needed to be replaced. Broken spring, only one spring on a two car door, broken hinge and both cables needed to be fixed. He had all he needed to make the repairs in his truck. He did all the repairs and was done in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with his work. It was nice to have the coupon for $65 off on the service call. My friends have asked who my garage door man is and I was happy to give them your information. A happy customer here.

About the only service company in recent memory that actually arrived within the stated time frame. Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Repair made quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this Technician AND this company to anyone.

Service was very prompt! Called about 7am got an appointment for between 10am and noon same day. Technician arrived at 10am, impressive! he was dressed in uniform and very friendly. Replaced torsion springs, garage door had one he replaced with two, center bearing, end bearing, heavy duty cables, commercial drums, sealed bearings nylon rollers, and tune up. 5 STARS

James McKinney represents your company extremely well. He's "all that and a bag of chips." I pretty much knew what the double door needed from the beginning, and Mr. McKinney confirmed what I was thinking. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. This time around, I paid a bit more than before when I used another company to replace my spring. For the record, I feel that I at least got my money's worth using Precision for my most recent repair. You can thank Jim McKinney for me being in the category as a satisfied customer.
